They came out and they did a clean out and they said that everything was ok now and they also replaced the cleanout head. It literally took them less than an hour to do this They left and said that everything was fine, but we still continued to have the problem, so we called them back to have them come back out and look at what the problem could be.  The drain was still running low. They came back and put a camera in, told me the pipe is broken, then he gave me the charge for using the camera. I asked him if it is broken what would it charge to have it repaired. He gave me a quote, I then asked if I would get anything back from them coming out previously and not correcting the actual problem. He was upset after asking and told me that I had to pay. He got upset and left. I had another service completed and there was actually no broken pipe. Where they fixed the clean out, it was actually stuck and that is what was causing the issue. Because the problem was at the main sewage line, I did not have to pay for it because the city is actually responsible for paying for that. I think every plumbing company should be aware of the laws and what is the homeowner's responsibility and the city.","Aiesha Over the phone I was given a price of $250-$329 depending on complexity of the faucet to install (labor only).  Ours was the not complex so it should be $250.  The installers said the base price was $329, but good for them, after I explained the call they lowered it to $269.  I think Nicks work is good (and the guys who came out were professional), but after i booked the appointment I looked on Yelp and saw a ton of one-star reviews - all related to being told one price on the phone but a higher price on the job.  This seems to be more of a corporate issue than a workmanship issue, and I would have given 5-stars (for the actual work), but dinged it down to 4-stars because corporate needs to listen.
