“Reliable Heating & Air is an outstanding company. They are very knowledgeable in their profession and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done right—A+.”
“After several estimates, Reliable's representative came to our house. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about his products. We feel he had the best product. From there, we met the installation team. They had the same attitude as the rep—very friendly. We felt comfortable with them in our house. They explained how everything worked. We love our new system.”
“Reliable came out and gave a thorough evaluation of what was needed to repair our A/C system. They were diligent about finding the parts that were needed and subsequently scheduled an install. The work was done in a timely manner—A.”
“Good service, punctual, no up-sale, quality installers.”
“First day after installation of complete unit; it did not work. Customer service advised me at 7:30 am tech would arrive after next call. Customer service kept me at the house until 10pm that night and then I rescheduled the tech for the next week. Four installation problems found. The unit runs perfectly. I called for a whole house breaker, tech arrived on time with all the tools to do the job and he did an great job. I have more work to do and I will call Reliable.”
“I was dissatisfied with two other local HVAC companies I had used in the past to service and replace my units, so I tried Reliable after extensive research online. The amount of online info available for Reliable was small, but it was all positive, and it seemed Reliable was a smaller, local, customer oriented business. I'm glad I chose them because they are much better than the others I used, and they have not disappointed me in any way. They were honest- they told me ahead of time that to meet my A/C needs they would have to replace some undersized ducts and install a larger unit. This involved messy drywall work and moving large equipment up three stories to the attic. But they finished on time in one day, everything was clean and neat, nothing was damaged, and we finally had a system that will keep the upstairs cool in the summer.”
“Reliable did excellent job repairing my air conditioning unit. There initially was an issue with parts, but Reliable more than fairly compensated me for my troubles. I do not believe this was a normal occurrence on their part and they were extremely apologetic and courteous. I will definitely use them again.”
“Everything was great. Everything was fine. They were doing heating and air. It was excellent—no complaints. Everything was fine.”
“It was excellent. They were just very courteous, very kind, and just nice. They got the job done, and they were on time. They're an A.”
“It was positive. I think the furnace needed a gas trip or something like that. They put in a gas line trap. It was pretty quick, and they did a good job. I'd give them an A+.”
