“Unlike far too many contractors, PJFitz communicates and follows through. I didn't care for the "if you order right now" discount pitch, but otherwise the sales visit seemed straightforward and personable... until the Sales Manager came out and identified several things that needed tweaking in the order (e.g., tempered glass for bathroom). Then the project manager takes the THIRD set of measurements, and still one of the windows was specified four inches too tall, which was discovered first thing on installation day. That room had to wait for another factory build cycle, but was completed properly a couple weeks later.”

“Overall, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We did have a few snags along the way, but everything was addressed beyond our expectations. The lone exception was our Project Manager/Field Supervisor. He never came to the job site and his communication was very poor. Honestly, I’m not sure why he was involved at all. At the end of the day, he ended up getting his act together, but I had to get petty ugly with him for that to happen. And despite us getting a pretty good deal in the end, the cost was still a bit higher than what many others out there charge. The product seems to be of high quality, but until we have a couple wind driven storms, the jury will be out on the installation.”
