We used Total Home Care for cleaning gutters and pressure washing, and they're excellent—A+.
It was perfect. They were really cautious about their work, and they were interested in their work. They did a good job. They cleaned the windows for me. The company does some work for the church that I work for; that's how I got in touch with them. I would give the company an A+ rating.
I liked that one of the owners came out to do the work. It was nice, and I will call them again when I need somebody. They only did the cleaning of the windows. I would give the company an A+—it was wonderful service.
They were excellent—very professional, on time, and very efficient. They washed all of the windows—we have a lot of them—and they took care of some chandeliers that are difficult to get to. Nothing was broken. I've been using them for 25 years, and I picked them based on their reputation. I would give them an A+ rating.
Total Home Care did some window cleaning, and they did a fantastic job. We had them come back out for something else, too; we have used them a time or two. I would give them an A grade.
The employee that did the work was very knowledgeable and personable. In addition to my chandelier, I had them clean a ledge, and they also helped me place a flower arrangement that I had made for that space—it was very nice. I would absolutely give them an A rating.
Some friends recommended them. One thing that I particularly liked was that they emailed me their liability and workers' compensation insurance information within half an hour. They did gutters and cleaned windows. I had to call them back because they had missed a couple of windows. It was pouring rain, but they came back, right then and there. We were satisfied. I would give them an A for excellent.
They are excellent. We had them clean the gutters and the windows. They've done a great job every year. I heard about them from somebody else. I would definitely give them an A.
They did my windows, and they were very good. They did a couple of extra things that weren't on the bid, and they were very attentive. They did windows, chandeliers, and some fans. They noticed a couple of areas—like lights in the hallways—that were dirty, and cleaned them at no charge. I would give the company an A rating—excellent.
My windows were really dirty, and he did an excellent job; he cleaned the screens, too. We've used the company before, and we probably found them in Best Pick Reports. I would give the company an A.
