“Window Genie cleaned my windows inside and outside, and they cleaned the gutters. I gave them a time window that I was really hoping they could fit in, and they got the guys there. It was perfect. They really went above and beyond to make that happen. They deserve an A+.”
“They were extremely thorough, communicated everything that they thought needed to be done, and did it right away. They cleaned the inside and the outside of my windows, and they pressure washed our deck. They earned an A+.”
“They did window cleaning, and they were able to do the high windows, which not everybody can reach. They get an A+.”
“They cleaned the upstairs windows. He was prompt, professional, and courteous, and he did a fantastic job. I would grade them as an A+. I have already recommended them.”
“Their work was very good. They were cleaning the exterior windows. They also did some gutter work, checked on the roof, and lastly, we had them come in and do some window tinting for us. Initially, we had a situation where we had some blinds on an upper floor because we had an overlook balcony, and unfortunately, there was no way for us to adjust the blinds or remove them so they could get to them. They were not only kind enough to work around them, but they also figured out why we couldn't work them. They were apparently remote controlled, and the former owners didn't keep the remote. They were kind enough to identify it, work around it, and even then, when we were done, position it to a good permanent setting that would work with what we were trying to do so we didn't have to go through that again. They went above and beyond their requirements. I was impressed with that. They get an A from me.”
“We love Window Genie. I'd grade them an A+.”
“They did some window cleaning for me. They cleaned the outside of my windows and the inside of one of my large windows. I thought they did a wonderful job, and they were nice gentlemen. I would rate them A+.”
“They cleaned windows inside and out, and they did an excellent job. They were very good in the house and outside. They're cordial, they're thorough, and they did excellent work. I would grade them an A+.”
“They did a good job, and there was a problem with one of the screens after they left that I noticed. And they came out and they fixed it. I have no complaints. I'd highly recommend them.”
“Those guys are really good. They have great personality. They're a good team that works together, this particular team. One of the things that was really impressive is that one of them was working at a townhouse across the street, and he gave me an estimate while he was working on the other job. When I called the office and made the appointment, they took his preliminary count as the estimate, and when they came back, the same guy worked the job. The actual count after they did the work was fewer windows than he had estimated, so obviously, they took that off, and it was a lower price than I was quoted. I was most impressed with the quality of the work those guys did.”
