Their high level of customer service made the experience positive. I liked the continued follow-up and the clear, concise descriptions of what was going to go on at our property and how the whole process was going to go. They were very clear about that. They also stuck to their promised time frame and everything. They installed a few windows for me, and the job took them less than a day. They came after I went to work, and they were gone before I came back. I chose them because I was satisfied when they came to do the free consultation. I would give them an A+ rating.
The work went OK. There were no problems, and it was good, quality work. It was done well. They just installed one window. I found Window Nation when our neighbor recommended them. I think it was excellent work, and I would give them an A rating.
I liked their speed and the quality of their workmanship. They got 16 windows done in one day; I was pretty impressed by that. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves—that's what made the experience so positive. I chose them over another company because of the professionalism of the salesman who came by and because of the presentation. I would give them an A rating.
Everything made the experience positive, especially the installation crew. They were so nice and so professional about everything. They installed 19 windows for me. I chose them because I needed it done right away. Window Nation is A+.
Window Nation did windows for most of the house, and they did a great job with the product and the installation. I heard about them through a friend. I'd say they earned an A.
They did OK. They installed windows throughout the whole house except for the bay window. They did a good job from what I could tell, but we haven't had a really bad storm. The windows look nice, and they operate nicely. I like the way they tilt—they're very nice windows, and I'm happy with them. I would give them an A rating for now.
Window Nation had great service. Everybody was nice, it was done on time, and it was awesome. They did window installations for me for the whole house, and I'd give them an A rating—it was excellent.
This was the second time we've used Window Nation. We did thirteen windows upstairs. That worked out so well that we did the final six windows in the home. Everything was terrific—they were right on time, and they had good quality and good follow-up. They're an A+ company.
It went smoothly, and they did a fantastic job. A bay window needed to be replaced, and they put two windows in. They get an A because they were very good.
Everything went well, and they were neat. They installed windows, and I would give them the highest grade—A+.
