Castle Windows did windows, and they did an excellent job. We're very pleased. We've only had them a week, but they've done a very good job so far. It's a beautiful job. They seem to be holding up. At least I can open them. My husband forced shut the old windows, and we weren't able to open them for a few months. I was very afraid in case of an accident, fire, or something, and you couldn't open the darn window. They installed seven windows for us. We knew we were going to get windows, but it wasn't until my husband forced the two windows shut that I had to get them. The other reason was that they said they did a rebate for old windows—the other windows—so those were the two contributing factors. I would give them an A+.
They did it yesterday. They did a phenomenal job. The windows, for one, are the best quality windows I've seen. The guys were real nice. My wife was there all day with the kids, and they were real nice working around them. They sealed up everything, wiped down all the windows, cleaned up all their mess, swept three or four times—I told them, 'Don't worry about it,' because it was raining out there. They're just doing their thing. They installed 25 special-order windows. I chose them because I heard they had a phenomenal reputation, and then I talked to the guy who came out to talk to me about the windows, and the guy was extremely professional—a whole lot better than some of the other businesses I called and talked to about getting a quote. I'd give them an A+.
I'm very happy. It was just 13 windows that Castle Windows did for me. The salesman and the demonstration were excellent. Their product knowledge was very impressive. The overall work was done very professionally, and the gentlemen that came in to do the work were very courteous and nice. We're very happy with everything. I'll give them an A+. I'm very happy with everything they did.
We had the cellar windows done last week. They did an excellent job. They were friendly, they did the work, they got it done, and there you go. No complaints—they did a great job. If A is the highest grade, I'd give them that.
Castle Windows did a very nice, neat job. The windows are wonderful. There are a couple little things, but they'll be out to fix those. I just talked to them yesterday to get one thing in order. But the whole thing, I was really satisfied with. They put all new windows in the house. We chose them because of a recommendation from a builder friend of mine. I would give them an A+.
Castle Windows came in, did a good job, cleaned up, and left. I'd recommend them. They put in 21 or 22 windows for me. I called maybe 20 or 30 people. I called Castle, and they actually sent a salesman—there wasn't any pressure. The guy sat down and told me what all my options were, and they offered financing. That was a big plus. They had really good quality windows, so I bought one of the best windows, and I got them put in. The guy came in, and it took them two days. It's an old house, so it was a really tough installation for those guys. I watched them. I think they did a really good job, so I was really happy with them. I'll give them an A+.
The workers were superb. Castle Windows did a good job. They were very respectful. They installed nine windows for us—frame and everything. It was a construction-grade replacement. We liked the product in terms of the type of window they were going to be installing—that was basically why we chose them. It was an A+ job.
I would recommend Castle Windows to everybody and anybody. From the salesman all the way to the installation, it was a good experience. They installed 14 windows for me. Once I spoke with the salesman, I was very impressed with his professionalism. It was all about the customer; it wasn't only about him and what he did or what he could do. I was just impressed with all the information he provided on Castle Windows. I'd rate them A+.
Castle was here, and they did the job. They were neat. They cleaned up. It was good. They did A+ work. They did seven different windows. I think I chose them because of their presentation of the windows they had. I was sort of impressed, because they never had vinyl windows that had woodgrain in them. We would recommend them. I would give them an A+.
They were very professional. Basically, they said what time they would get here, and they were here on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up tremendously. You couldn't even tell they were here once they left. They installed our windows—seven of them. I would give them an A+.
