They were very good and very professional. The product was good. The installation was good. The guys were nice. I had a broken window, and they just replaced it with no problems. I am very pleased with their service. They replaced three windows—two in the front and one large window in the master bedroom. There was a break-in; it got broken, and they came out. I just called it in and said, 'Hey, I got a busted window,' and they had the measurements already since they installed it. They put an order in for a replacement and brought it out to me. They got the thing made, and they came and replaced the window. I'm trying to sell the property. Plexiglas looks good, but it's not very energy efficient. It was good for temporary. They removed that and put in the real double pane. It works great. It looks as good as new. I would say that especially if you're an investor, they're a good company to work with. I would use them again. They deserve an A+.
They came out when they said they would, and they did a real good job with my windows. They replaced windows. I had three windows replaced. I would tell others to go with them. I would say they're an A+.
They were really easy to work with. The customer service was good. They installed five windows. I would recommend them. I did not have to call them back for any issues after the work was done. I would give them an A+.
Everything went great. They're just up front about everything, like any problems that could go wrong with the windows. They answered all of our questions. We just get that feel for some people. We had been through several window people coming in, and they just didn't have anything to hide. Everything was up front. They said, 'Here's what we do and what we don't do and what we do if you have any problems.' They were a local company also, so you were able to go and check on them. The bathroom window was wrong when it came originally. I pointed it out, and the workers were like, 'OK,' so they called and installed it, and then in two weeks, we got the window that we were supposed to have in there. Everything was handled. It was real easy to go back and look up the fact that he has been in business for 30 years and has satisfied customers, which means a lot. When you're dealing with people who are working on your home, dealing with local is a lot, lot easier than dealing with someone who is out of state. I would give them an A+.
They're very responsive and very thorough. They replaced five windows for us in four rooms. I would recommend them, and I already have. They deserve an A+.
They were fast and efficient, and the windows look great. There were two different windows, so it was two different rooms. This was the first time that I had used the company. I would tell others to use them. I would say that they deserve an A.
They replaced my windows—so far, so good. They did the work quickly. They got it done in a day, and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. I'd be interested to see how they handle any warranty claims, but hopefully it doesn't come to that. They have a lifetime full warranty, so that should be good. I was looking for energy efficiency. I would tell others that I was very happy. I think an A would be good for them.
I do need to call them because I have one window that is off a little bit, and they still need to replace some screens that they promised they would do. This was the first time that I had used the company. I saw them in the Best Picks book. They just replaced the windows. They did the whole house. I would recommend them. They've been very helpful and responsive. I just haven't had a chance to call them about this particular issue because we just discovered it, but we had a couple of other things that we talked to them about, and they were out right away to deal with them, so I would have no problem recommending them. I would say they're definitely an A.
They just did a good job. I had windows installed in the back and front of the house. It's been done within the year. I would tell neighbors that they did a good job. I would give them an A.
The windows that they put in have been really efficient, and they did a nice job. I'm waiting for one more. We have one more that we had to order, but we ordered it, so hopefully it should be here by the end of this week. That'll be the end of it—14 windows in total. The customer service was nice. Adam is a good salesman, and he checks in often. It has worked out well. I would give them a call. I would give them an A.
