I had five windows put in my family room, a big, double-hung window in my living room, and one storm door. The customer service was awesome. They were really helpful. I'd ask them questions, and they were able to answer them for me. The work took place three or four months ago, and today, everything looks great. It keeps the heat in and the cold out. I'd give them an A.
They were very nice and very professional. The windows were beautiful, and the guys who put them in were very nice. They did siding, too, which also turned out beautiful. I'd give them an A.
WindowWorks is good. They worked hard to make it exactly the way they planned the work. I thought they were diligent and on time, and they tried to do a good job. They did siding, windows, and gutters. I'd give them an A+.
They did some basement windows for me, and I didn't have a problem. They were professional. The installer explained what he was going to do, did it on time, and was done in one day. They did the windows, and they did a grade-A job.
They were prompt. I had a little problem afterward, and they came out right away and fixed it. It was great. I had no issues. Everything was cleaned up afterward. They did windows some time ago, and more recently, they've done siding. I would recommend them to family and friends, and I'd give them an A.
WindowWorks replaced over 25 windows in a 100-year-old house. The product is excellent—our house is so much warmer and so much quieter.
They installed new windows and a front entry door for our home, and everything was great. Our experience was definitely positive. Customer service was very nice; they were always on time, and the product is great.

WindowWorks replaced most of the windows in our condo building, did a great job, and everything was installed on time.
