They did a fantastic job with good teamwork. They cleaned up their mess, and they had a good tone in their voice. They were very helpful and happy to ask questions—they weren't afraid to ask me anything or to try and make me happy, so it was a really nice experience. They just did the windows, and they did a very nice job. They had a good team, they were very efficient, and they moved really quick—before you knew it, they were done. They did A-grade work.
They were fantastic. It was just very professional and very clean. The windows are airtight, and they fixed small problems that they found along the way. We liked everything about them. They were thorough. I think the service was fantastic. They did windows and a sliding door. One of my friends has done business with them before, so he recommended the company to me, and even when they came out to show me the products, I didn't feel pressured. They showed me all the information, and there was no pressure whatsoever. Everything about it was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to many people. They're absolutely an A—no doubt.
They are very reliable. They did a window and a door. They left the area very clean. I would recommend them to family and friends—they're A-rate.
They put my windows and doors in. They were very friendly and efficient, and they cleaned up when they left. I've been doing business with them for years, and they deserve an A.
I would say United Better Homes gets an A.
They did a good job for me. It was done, and it looks good. They replaced my windows.
They're really good.
They did what they said they were going to do, and it was pretty painless. They installed the product that I wanted—they replaced one window. I'd give them an A.
They respond promptly, they come over, they do their job, and they clean up. I had them install windows at four of my apartments three different times.
Everything that they promised they would do, they did. After the window was installed, I had one little issue underneath the bay window, and they could not have been better about fixing the issue that I had there. There was nothing wrong with the product or the installation, but because of the way it looked, they sent someone out the next day and made sure I was satisfied. They put in a large bay window in the front of my house. I'd give them an A, I really would.
