“Nelson was great. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did a good job. They replaced 12 windows. I'm going to have them come out and do some siding for me as well. They were excellent, and they get an A. I've already recommended them.”
“I had a great experience with Nelson. They did four window replacements and an exterior paint job on our house. I liked that they were responsive. They did what they said they were going to do, and they had good communication. I'd give them an A. I'm extremely likely to recommend them.”
“The outcome was great. They were easy to work with and easy to contact. They replaced a back door, did some siding and trim repair, and painted the entire exterior of our house. I'd give them an A—they're great.”
“I really like them. They did a great, great job. I'd highly recommend them.”
“I had a great experience working with Nelson Exteriors. They did siding windows and doors. They were professional, and they were on time. They were neat, and they cleaned up very well. And the job looked professionally done—as it was. And I'm just very pleased with them. I'd give them an A+. I've already recommended them to friends and colleagues.”
“They did work on my house last year. They were great. The outside window casings were rotting, and I needed that replaced. So they basically replaced all of my exterior window casings. They painted the casings and did whatever touch-ups they needed to do on the outside. They were very professional. I got several quotes, and the gentleman who came by and gave me the quotes, he was very professional. He came, and we looked at the book together; he was very knowledgeable. The work crew, they were on time. They were very fast and very neat. The project manager, he was on-site, and he gave me his number so I was always able to contact him with questions or concerns. And they were very responsive. After they finished, I noticed that one of the window casings on one side was wider than the other side, so it wasn't exactly symmetrical. I brought up that issue, and within a couple of days, they came back and fixed it. I'd give them an A+”
“One year ago, Nelson Exteriors did some work on our siding, gutters, and front door. The finished product was very satisfactory. I'd give them an A.”

“I would use them again. I'd say they were an A.”
