They did the work they said they would do for the price they quoted. They did basement waterproofing. We chose them because we felt like their materials were of a higher quality.
I used them for waterproofing my basement. It was excellent—I didn't have any complaints.
I like the fact that my basement hasn't leaked from the side they did the work on—that was the principal problem. We had groundwater getting in through the front of the house, and they devised a solution with a trench and a sump pump that solved the problem for us. The gentleman that worked with us was very attentive and competent. We were looking to solve a problem, and Value Dry Waterproofing did that.
They are very good—they did an excellent job.
They were Johnny-on-the-spot when they said they would be here, and as far as I know, it's completely waterproof. They waterproofed the entire lower portion of my basement and storage area. They did a trench all the way around it and put pipes and two sump pumps in. When my basement was wet, I just called around, and Value Dry Waterproofing came out and told me very positive things. I said, 'OK, I'll go with you.' It's a very good job, so it's an A for them.
The work was done within the time specifications that we got from them, and everything was done professionally within the budget. They did a French drain around the basement with a battery backup sump pump.
I thought they were very organized and clean about their work. They worked on my basement and set up a perimeter outside for water control. Their customer service was very good.
They put five beams in when we had a wall that was caving in, and they also put in a sump pump. Their customer service was good.
The work was done quickly and efficiently. It's been a very wet year, but based on what we've seen, the product seems to have worked. They put a drainage system in our finished basement. I think Value Dry Waterproofing gets an A.
Value Dry did crawl space waterproofing and encapsulation. They did what they said they were going to do, and I liked the way they proposed to do the job as opposed to some other companies. Their customer service was fine. I would give them an A.
