There's nothing wrong with them. My wife and I told them that they're the finest, most professional group of people—they're courteous and just the greatest contractors we've ever had in a day and age where contractors treat their customers like dirt. These guys treat you like a jewel. They get the job done, they get it done fast, and they are just about the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. They do an unbelievable job. They're humble, but they're unbelievable. They did sump pump systems. Our house is on clay. I'm 57, and I've never dealt with a more professional team of people, ever. If there was an A++, I'd give it to them.
It was excellent service and excellent communication, and they did a great job. They did basement waterproofing. There were a couple of places in the basement that were leaking, and they also strengthened the wall. It involved excavating and repairing the outside in one place, drilling down in another for a drain, and then putting the Kevlar material on the back wall. I chose them because I liked their approach. I'd give them an A+.
The waterproofing, so far, is working. The person who talked with us was very eloquent and explained very well what they were going to do. We got estimates from different companies, and the guy who came over from AA Action was very good. It was great customer service; he followed up, and he was excellent. So far, I would say it was excellent—no complaints. So far, it's been working.
The experience I had was wonderful. They did a great job, and I haven't had any problems at all. They waterproofed the whole basement. I talked to a couple of other companies, but I just liked what I heard from AA Action. They were hard workers; they didn't mope around—they got in there and did the job. I'll give them an A.
We were trying to sell our house, and the basement showed signs of water penetration on the walls and coming up from the floor. They installed a system with a sump pump and a water drain system around the interior. They got it done, and we sold the house like a week later. They did a great job while they were there, so they get an A+.
They were very respectful and very courteous. They wanted to make sure that they did a proper job, and I would recommend them to anyone. I had to have a drain run around my house. I also had a cracked foundation, so they fixed that for me. Someone in the neighborhood told me to call them.
They came in and explained what was going on and what was happening. I had another waterproofing company come in, and they didn't drill the holes low enough. AA Action explained to me where the holes needed to be drilled, and it's working better than the last system I had in there. I can't argue about that. The crew was real good.
They did what they said they would do. They installed French drains and fixed our basement. A friend recommended them, and I would recommend them as well. They get an A.
They did what they said they were going to do, and everything seems fine. They waterproofed the basement; they put a French drain around the base of the whole house, came back in, put the piping in with the rocks, and then put the concrete back over top. They were very neat, and I was very satisfied. I would recommend them.
They were timely, and they explained their process well. It was a basement wall, so they did a French drain. I think they're probably an A.
