Basement Waterproofing Specialists did such a fantastic job for us; I would give them a glowing report. They waterproofed our basement by putting in a French drain along the outside wall. I would give them A's across the board. I've already recommended them several times.
They were very good, efficient, and very professional, and I would recommend them to anybody. They were doing waterproofing. It was excellent. I'd give them an A.
They're very good. They did waterproofing work, and they did the job in no time—unbelievable. I would give them an A+. They were fabulous.
They did some waterproofing. Everything was great. They were efficient and fast, and they had great service. Basement Waterproofing Specialists is an A+ company.
They did waterproofing. I would give them an A. The only thing why I wouldn't give them an A+ is that the cleaning afterward wasn't perfect. I worked at cleaning it, but it was really difficult, tough. These jobs are tough. One hundred percent I'd recommend them.
The speed at which the work got done was phenomenal. This was waterproofing work. I would give them an A.
As far as the person that came in, he did an excellent job. They did a French drain repair and replaced the sump pump. I would give them an A. I think there was some issue with delivering the system. I don't know whose fault was that, the company? The company was supposed to deliver it but then there was delays with the unit. That's why all the work was put on hold. But overall, after all, everything was done up to par. I wouldn't call it their problem. The manufacturer's delivery was delayed. As far as coming in to finish the job, they came on time.
The gentleman that came out to measure, discuss it all and go over what's involved—the work in the basement, the whole nine yards—he was very good, he was the one who quoted it. They have three or four teams of men that do the work. So I'm satisfied from that standpoint. The work itself took about two and a half days. We have a ranch house so they did almost the entire perimeter of the house and they did a good job. We have a finished basement and half of it, which meant they had to cut out walls and paneling and studs, but they did it in such a way that we only lost about 12 to 13 inches of the bottom from the floor up which was helpful because we could easily then repair that. So they did a good job with that. The work was clean. They showed us what they did, the apparatus they used, the pump. All the equipment looked good. We had to tell them a couple of times about the radon. We have radon piping in our basement. If you're familiar with what radon is, it's a gas that you have to have abated from your home because it can cause cancer. Where we live, where we were in that area, we had that work done a long time ago. There's pipes that go right under the floor where they were working so we had to tell them to make sure that their pipes bypassed or went over the outlet pipes for the radon. We have a bent pipe in the floor and then that goes up and they exhaust it out above the roof. It's all very intricate. But they got all that done. They did an excellent job sealing the cement up. A good clean job. They cleaned up well. They covered up everything meticulously. We really didn't have that much, I mean we had dust and all. I would say they did a very good job. They had been referred by someone from our church, they gave them a very good rating, and that's one of the reasons we went with them. I'd give them an A-.
What stood out for me was how hardworking the men were. I was also very, very impressed with the salesman. The six men who worked in my home could not have done a better job. It was everything. They didn't repair the foundation, but it was waterproofing. I would give them an A on everything, even the follow up.
So far I haven't had any water issues. I did have a slight issue but they did come right back out and respond to it. I'd have to give them an A. I tell you, the work crew, they were excellent. Those guys worked really hard. They really got a lot done in the timeframe they said. They didn't drag the job out. They totally cleaned everything up. I had no issues. I've already recommended them to several of my neighbors.
