They did a very good job—they cleaned up very well, and since they came, I haven't had any problems. They waterproofed an old basement because I live in an old house. I'd recommend them to family and friends.
They came in, did the job, and I don't have any floods in my basement. They put in a new sump pump around the basement cooler, and they did a good job, so I'd grade them an A.
They did the work on my wife's old house. We chose him because he'd done some other work on her house, and we found out that they were the best out there. They put in a French drain. The house was 60 years old, so I would grade them an A, because they did a really good job.
I was satisfied with the work because it was excellent.
They did excellent work with no complaints—A.
I was actually very worried about getting a company in here to do that type of work, but they were very professional, courteous, and polite, and they did everything in a timely manner. They didn't mind me coming down to watch and asking questions. They answered everything that I had and assisted me in learning about the process. It was very good experience overall. I'd give them an A. The representative that I met with didn't speak to me like I was an idiot. I've done home improvements since I got out of high school, but couldn't do the work because of a back injury, so I pretty much knew all the sales pitches that these guys were going to give me. He told it to me straight, like we were friends having a drink in a bar. He didn't put up the 'how much water's in your wall' tests that I didn't need to know about. He was the reason I signed up with Ameri-Dry.
They did a trench around a part of our basement and put a film over my wall. The customer service was excellent. They came in and did the work in one day because they had enough crewmembers to do the work. They get an A.
They did a good job, came on time, did everything they said they were going to do, and helped with financing. They installed a sump pump and waterproofing, and I didn't have any problems with the work they did. They earned an A+ from me.
They installed a French drain and sump pump, and everything is good. I would give them an A+ because I didn't have any problems.
The service was timely. When I called them, they actually made a few changes in their schedule to accommodate me. They came to see the problem I was having and came up with a suggestion on how to handle it. Then they scheduled the work, and that's how we got it done. We had a failed drain in our basement, and we've had no issues since, so I would recommend them to family and friends. They're an A company.
