They were very prompt in coming out to do the service. They explained everything that they did, and he did the job on time and as promised. We have not had a recurrence of the issue. They did our basement ceiling for us. We had some superficial cracks in the walls, and Crack Attack Team injected the ones that were actually actively leaking. I'd grade them with an A.
Everything was fine. They came on time. It was a small job, but they did what they were supposed to do, so everything was good. I had five cracks that they took care of. They're an A+ service.
The service they provided was a good service, and we haven't had any problems ever since with the water coming out. We had a couple of exterior foundation cracks that they sealed up. We previously had water coming into the home. We had some really hard rains afterward, and we haven't had any water come in. That's A+ work.
I liked that the crack they fixed didn't leak again. They fixed a foundation crack and did an A-rate job.
It was good—my experience with Crack Attack Team was fine. They came out in a timely fashion, even though they were really busy with the storm. Then, they had one more week after the estimate, and they came out right away and fixed it. They fixed some cracks on the wall and one on the floor. They get an A from me.
We have checked a couple of times, and the basement looks OK. We haven't checked for a little while, so we have to go down there and make a point of it, but we haven't noticed some leaking where it was. So far, it's good. We had a crack going along the wall of the basement, from the top to the bottom. It was a vertical crack, and then there was another crack on the other side that they filled up somehow. Crack Attack Team made it stop leaking. They earned an A from me.
So far, it hasn't leaked, but we haven't gotten any rain. They were punctual, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did it in the time they said they were going to do it in. They fixed one crack in my basement. They get an A.
I liked that the people from Crack Attack Team followed the schedule. I had no problems. They came when they promised, so everything was really good. I had a good experience with them. We had some cracks on the inside, so basically, they made holes, placed staples, and sealed up the holes with some material for waterproofing. I'd give them an A.
Crack Attack Team did the job. They did crack repair, and it was A-grade work.
I liked that they explained everything very thoroughly, gave me different options, and came out right away to fix the problem. They were very thorough. They sealed five cracks, and they sealed around the pipe that comes in, the sewer pipe that we have. There was a leak around there, so they sealed that. I'd call them an A-rate service.
