The quote was spot-on, they fixed it in a timely fashion just as they said, and it worked. They sealed leaks in the foundation in the crawl space. Their customer service was outstanding. The guy came out right away and gave me a quote on the same day I called.
The gentleman who came out was very consultative. He actually recommended against some work he was planning to do because it wouldn't have helped me, so I was quite impressed with that. He ended up sealing two cracks in my foundation on the exterior of my house. I had three cracks on the exterior of my house. The one on the side had already had attempts to repair it a couple of times, and the salesperson thought maybe the other people botched the repair, so he had the guy look at it. When he came out, the consultant said that he did not think that the other people botched the job; it was just the location, and I'd have to get a more invasive fix—they'd have to dig a big hole in the side and fill it from there. I had a good experience with their customer service. I would say they're an A.
They were very good. They were prompt and did a great job. They coated a crawl space. Their customer service was the best. They were in and out so fast that I really didn't have time to deal with anybody. I chose them because they called me back right away. I'd give them an A—they deserve it.
They were on time and did the project. They were very professional, and they were very nice. The guy who came out was great. They filled in a crack in the basement. Their customer service was great. I chose them because they were able to give an estimate over the Internet—I sent them pictures, and he was able to give me an estimate. He was very nice and not overbearing. I would say they're an A.
They did the foundation repair for me. They were punctual, they were responsive, and they did everything they said they were going to do without any hassle. They were very responsive to me; whenever I sent emails or phone calls, they got back to me very quickly. They were actually referred to me—I had mold remediation done, and they were referred to me by that person.
We were very satisfied with them. They did a good job, they really did. I'd give them an A—they did a really good job.
They were prompt, and the guy selling the service was very informative. They definitely catered to what I needed rather than anybody else. They did a concrete crawl space. The main salesperson was very good at communicating, being on time, and delivering everything he sold. I would give them an A.
We did have a positive experience. We needed the work done in order to do a closing on the sale of our house. We were in one state at the time that we called; they worked with us, and then we went back to another state, and they got the job done quickly. As far as I know, everything is fine. We had our closing, so after the work that they did, we weren't even there, but they worked quickly, did everything, and were polite. We were very satisfied with what they did. I would give them an A.
They got the job done quickly, and they were neat and cleaned up after themselves—those are two very important things. Especially cleaning up after themselves—a lot of people don't do that. What they did was kind of a dirty job. It required breaking out some concrete around a sump pump. It wasn't very much concrete, but they were doing something like that inside. I had put up dust barriers and everything in the area where they were working, so that helped a lot. They did a good cleanup job under some nasty circumstances. The only contact I really had with them was when I called to set up an appointment. One of their people came out and looked at the job, he sent me a bid, I sent him back a 'Yeah, go do it' email, and the guy showed up and did it, so that was it. That was the only contact I had with them. It was kind of like, 'Set up an appointment, get it done, and that's it.' I would give them an A.
The work they did is fine.
