Value Dry did an incredible job, and it was huge. They put in a perimeter drain throughout the entire cellar, two sump pumps, and a catch basin. It was a huge, dirty job in terms of jackhammering the concrete floor. They were there for about three days, and they kept it immaculate. They cleaned it up every day, they did a really good job, and the most important thing is that it works. I don't want to jinx it, but we've had some pretty bad storms, so it's been tested. I would grade them as an A+. The person who came in to estimate the job was very informative and very knowledgeable.
The work was excellent. I have no complaints.
It was waterproofing, and they did an excellent job. I have no complaints about Value Dry.
They are terrific. They completed the work fairly, efficiently, and neatly. They took great care not to make a horrible mess, they were pleasant to deal with, and the job they did actually works. They came in and redirected a pipe that was in a place I objected to. They installed it, and then they came back and relocated it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs that type of work done. They're an A. I've already recommended them to a couple of contractors I know.
Value Dry did excellent work—no complaints. They get an A. They did waterproofing.
They were on time and did the job they were supposed to do, and that was wonderful. They put a French drain inside the house around the basement, which took them two days. I would recommend them and give them an A.
Value Dry was excellent. They did waterproofing work.
They did my cellar, and they seem to have succeeded. They were efficient. They stopped a leak in my cellar. It took them a little longer than half a day. I would recommend them and tell anyone to give them a try. I'd give them an A for excellent.
They were very professional gentlemen, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did their job and explained what they were doing and when they would be finished. They did everything I felt they should have done. They waterproofed the basement because we got water in the basement when we got snow and it started to melt. Until I see how the system actually works, I would grade them as an A. I think they did an excellent job.
The crew that was here was very professional, very neat, and efficient. They knew what they were doing, they were quiet, and they got in and out. They were a very high-caliber crew of people doing manual labor. It was clear that they were really smart and professional. They installed a French drain, a sump pump barrier, and a mirror drain. The whole thing took three days. I would recommend them. They get an A.
