They did water damage remediation. I liked that they had the correct water detection equipment, so they were able to accurately determine if there was water being absorbed into the wood. There was this little PVC pipe that had a slow drip, but it had been dripping for a good amount of time. It had soaked into our baseboards, but we didn't notice because it was way back in an area that we couldn't really see. They used the wet vac; threw down the powdered, anti-mold stuff; and brought in dehumidifiers for three days. They were super loud, but that was not really their fault. Then, they came back out and measured the water content in the baseboards, and it had been completely dried out. They earned an A grade.
It was done on my rental house, and I was absolutely satisfied with the results of the work. It was excellent work, and I had no complaints.
I think BIONIC Emergency Services is good. It was leaking. They are excellent.
BIONIC Emergency Services got the job done. He was really fast and really nice. The water flooded halfway downstairs, so it was kind of a big job. We went to the store really quick, and by the time we got back, he was done. It took maybe thirty minutes to an hour. We were like, 'Wow, you're done.' I'd give them an A.
I liked that they were timely and very knowledgeable in helping me through the process. My hot water heater was leaking, so they had to go in and dry up some walls. I would recommend them to a friend, and I'd rate them as an A.
The experience was great. The guy who came to my house left, so I called him back, and he came right away to put some fans where they needed to be. He was very cool to come back and put everything right where it needed to be. I had a water pipe that broke. I would give them an A.
BIONIC Emergency Services was very professional, and they did a good job. I had a leak in my roof, and they dried the side where it leaked. They set it up, left it for 72 hours, and then picked up. I'd give them an A grade.
I liked their customer service and how fast they fixed everything. They fixed mold damage for me in the bathroom, garage, and laundry room. It took the weekend to get it all cleaned up. I would recommend them. They get an A.
They came in, did the job, cleaned up, and went home. We had a leak in the attic, and they fixed it. They had to come in and dry out everything, and it took them two days to do that. I'd say they did good work.
They came right away, and that was good. They got the results that they said they would get, so that was also good. I would recommend them to others. I had a water leak in my attic, and there was an inch or two of water in one section. They had to dry all that out and pull up the insulation that I hadn't done yet. We threw it all out together; I'm 70, so I'm really not as efficient as the fellow who came along. Then, they turned on these big fans and sucked the moisture out of the ceiling and the attic. I guess that worked because I haven't gotten any more mold. I'd give them an A. They did what they said they were going to do.
