My experience was good. The only thing was that they missed something and had to come back because it was still wet. They had to leave the machine another day or two and dry it. They were nice people. I'd give them an excellent grade.
I liked that Flood Department came in and did the work. They were very thorough and very clean—they cleaned up behind themselves. We're satisfied with the work they did. We had a pipe that burst, and they sucked out the water and took out the carpet. They were excellent.
The people from Flood Department are very polite. They did the job. There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. I chose them because of my insurance company's recommendation. I'd call them A+.
They were professional and clean, and they did the job. They did a bathroom remodel after I had flooding problems. The job took a couple of days. I chose them over a different company because they were recommended to me. It's an A grade from me.
Flood Department was clean and thorough. They started the job promptly, and they came to get their equipment when they were done. They did remediation for me on three levels. I chose them because it was a Sunday, and I was calling around trying to get someone to come out to give me a free estimate. I was given their information by the owner of another company. I'd give Flood Department an A.
I had water damage, and Flood Department did their job. They did a good job.
I liked the fact that my home wasn't flooded after they left. I had a leak in my kitchen. They were very professional and very accommodating, and they had a quick turnaround. I was very pleased. They're an A in my book.
They were efficient, and they were there when they said they were going to be there. They treated me like I mattered. They were just appropriate. I was dealing with a lot of terrible things, and they were respectful of my stuff and my time. I had a pipe burst in my house, and it flooded my kitchen and poured into my basement. There was a lot of damage. Flood Department came right away and pulled things out. I needed a storage unit to get stuff out of my house, and they were efficient, careful, and caring about getting the stuff out and putting it away. They earned an A from me.
The people from Flood Department were fast and thorough. They cleaned up a water leak in the plumbing. Because of the amount of water, it took a couple of weeks to get it all dried out. They get an A grade.
They were good. They came the same day I called, and they kept coming in and out of the house for three or four days. They dried everything out. They did very good work. The hot water heater overflowed, and they had to take carpet up, take the padding out, and dry some walls out. I'd give them an A.
