We were extremely impressed with Mammoth, all the way. The work was good. Anytime I had a complaint, they were easy to get in touch with, and they did everything in a timely manner. I've never been through anything like this before. We just had guests over, and we were bragging about all that happened and how easily it went. We had water damage. It had seeped through the walls to the downstairs, and the floors and things were rotting. One room got new floors, and another got a new vanity. The walls got painted and repaired, and there were new baseboards. It was seeping through the wall, so all of that was repaired. We were very, very pleased with the people and everything. I called my insurance agent, and she recommended them. They're an A+ company.
Everything was fine. They got to the house when they said they would, and they were very good about what they did. They cleaned up after themselves. They did water restoration for me. A pipe broke, and I had water all over the floor. The insurance company set it up, and I would say Mammoth was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves right away.
Mammoth was very good; I had no problem with them at all. They were quick, and they were qualified. They had to take out the water, clean, and vacuum all the stuff out, and then they had people come in to paint and all that stuff. I had water damage from somewhere outside. I think the sewage backed up, and my adjuster told me about them. I'd give them an A because they were excellent.
I had a positive experience with Mammoth—with their professionalism, timing, and contribution. They restored some water damage in a basement, and they were good. It was excellent.
It was a positive experience. They handled everything. We had a leak in our kitchen, and they had to come in and dry it out. They brought in a dehumidifier and several fans, and they took out insulation. It was bad. The job took maybe a week to ten days. It was handled through the insurance company. I would give Mammoth an A. I had no issues other than the fact that the fans were extremely loud. You couldn't hear yourself think, but that was no fault of theirs.
I had an excellent experience with them. I liked the product, and I got my project scheduled as soon as they found out what problem I had and what I needed. The young fellow that worked for them was excellent. The problem was in my kitchen and living room; a pipe burst under my sink. I would give them an A—absolutely.
Mammoth was very tentative, very quick, and very clean. We had a leak from our upstairs into our kitchen, and they helped search for any hidden water and helped to dry out the kitchen area. The job took less than a week. I would say that they were excellent. I have no complaints.
They were prompt, fast, and all-inclusive, as far as doing everything we needed to get the job done. They did what they said they were going to do. I had water damage. The insurance company gave me a bunch of numbers, and they were the ones I picked. I would rate them between good and excellent. Nobody's excellent, but they were very, very good.
They were very good, very neat, on time, and courteous. I didn't have any issues at all. They assisted in moving everything out of the house so the floor could be repaired, and I believe they did some of the cleaning. We had broken pipes underneath that the floors, so there was water damage. I heard about them through an insurance company that recommended them. They're A+. I think they were very good, and I deal with contractors all the time.
The work was for water damage after a pipe burst. They were thorough and courteous. I got in touch with them through my insurance company, and I didn't have to call them back. I'd give them an A.
