“I had a very good experience, they were very helpful. Spectrum was the one that came to do the dry out for water damage. They did the dry out, they got carpeting ripped out, they identified any possible issues with mold contamination, and they addressed it all. I think they turned it over within 4-5 days. They had to take out the carpet, then they did something to test it and see if it was recoverable. They got out there quickly, as soon as they got out there, the gentleman that did the over view got working on it right away. As soon as he checked the meter to find where there was water damage behind the drywall, he started the investigation and the dry out. They were very expedient. I had no issues at all, everything he said they would do they did. They're an A+ company.”
