“RESTOREPRO was fabulous—absolutely wonderful. We had water damage from a washing machine that was not installed properly, and they were great. They came on time, they did what they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up—A+.”
“They were excellent. We had severe water damage, and they did the whole restoration. Everything about them was very good. They were courteous, they kept everything clean, and they did excellent work. They deserve an A+.”
“They've done flood restoration. They always answer the phone when I call. I use them every time. I'd give them an A+, and that's not high enough. They're excellent.”
“We loved RESTOREPRO. We had a pipe burst and flood our laundry room. They were great guys, and they did some really good work for us. It's definitely an A.”
“They were excellent. We had water damage, and they had to dry everything out. The walls were knocked down, and they had to dry it all out in the family room, the garage, and one other area, and then they redid it and put it all back once it was dried. They were just very professional, and we were happy with them. As long as they did a good job, that was what was important. I'd give them an excellent grade.”
“The work that they did was excellent. They did good quality work, but more than was needed. We had water damage from an ice storm. They were professional. They did a good job. The quality of their work was good.”
“We had water damage from the previous winter. We had water dams that had backed up, and the ceiling of our living room had water damage, so they came in and fixed that, and I think there were some outdoor shingles that had to be replaced too because the water had gotten in behind them or something. My husband dealt with them for the most part. I would say they get an A+. We had a project manager who sort of mediated between us and the actual people doing the work, so it was easy. I just talked to him, and he made everything happen, so it was pretty straightforward. They were great. They cleaned up after themselves. They were on time.”
“My hot water heating pipe broke, and it flooded the house in certain sections, and they came in there and dried the place out. They had to pull up the floors and do everything, and the thing was, we were closing on the house. It was up for sale and closing in a week, and the pipe broke. They showed up almost instantaneously, so they got it done. I'd give them an A+. I've already recommended it to a couple of people.”
“They were efficient. They didn't take up a lot of time. They were very respectful of my family during the time that they were there. They were clean. They didn't do anything to upset me, so that's good in my book. We had water damage from snowstorms. That would have been two years ago. The snow didn't leave until August because of how much snow we got here. There was so much snow on the roof to cause water damming, so the water got into the walls and basically destroyed the walls and roof. So, they had to come in and rip out a bunch of walls, and they fixed some of the roof. They deserve an A+.”
“There was some flooding in the basement from backed up piping, and they had done some damage, so they cleaned it all up and made it whole again. They're an A+. They showed up when I was a manic, so I'd have taken anything, but they did a great job; and they showed up on time.”
