We love Quality Tree Care. There's no problem at all. We had no complaints, and we're very happy with them. I would give them an A grade.
I have no complaints. I think my wife hooked the whole thing up. I think they just came out and trimmed a tree or two. I would give them the highest grade. They did a good job.
They were responsive. When we called them, they answered. They followed up. They have followed through each time they said they were going to. They checked for carpenter ants. They trimmed some of the tree branches. They put in a wire between two trees to keep them from breaking off. They were good. I would give them an A.
They did a nice job. They cleaned everything up, and they were here right on time and finished pretty quickly. They had a lot of guys. They all came in. They all attacked a different tree, and it got done really fast. They trimmed our big magnolia tree in the backyard. They trimmed a cherry tree in the front yard. I think they took a little holly tree down that was kind of a volunteer that was in the way. They were on time. They were quick to come give us an estimate. We were just very pleased. I would give them an A.
I've recommended them to all my neighbors and anybody who has asked me for their service. They do a great job. They're very professional—the people who come out and estimate as well as the people who do the work. They did a ton of work in my yard, and you couldn't even tell in terms of like the driveway and everything because they picked up everything. Two years ago, they cut down a tree for me and trimmed another tree, they did my neighbor's tree, and then this past November, they came out and actually did a cleanup. I have a yard with many mature trees, so they cleaned out the dead stuff and did things. My neighbor also arranged at the same time for them to come and do some work for him, so basically, whenever they do work for me, I organize with my neighbor, and we get both of our houses done. They're absolutely an A.
They did a great job—everything from the arborist to the receptionist and the work they did. I was really happy with everything that they did. They inspected my trees and told me the health of my tree, and they also helped prune my tree. The arborist was very easy to communicate with. He answered calls, questions, and all that stuff. The receptionist was very polite. She was very good as well. I would give them an A on everything. I've recommended them to my neighbors, and I would still recommend them if they need tree work or anything like that done.
They did the work. They came on time. They did what they proposed to do, and they cleaned up after themselves. They pruned up an old elm tree in my backyard. I would give them an A.
They did what I needed to be done. They just cut a tree down for me. It was a large tree. It was just in the front of my yard, and it needed to be removed. It was too big for the space. The customer service was fine. I don't know what made me choose them. I just picked their service. They provided the service I needed. I would give them an A.
They were crazy enough to get up in those trees and take care of those trees. They cleaned up after themselves. They just thinned out the trees and shaped them. It was four trees. They did a great job. I would give Quality Tree Care an A.
They did the job satisfactorily. They got it done. They removed trees and ground stumps away so we wouldn't have the tree trying to come back. In their field, it was probably a little job. For us, it was a big job. It was three trees. My husband took care of it all—I didn't talk to them. The people that came and did the job were here when I wasn't, so I don't know about their customer service. I'm going to have to assume it was fine. I think I would've heard about it if it were bad. I would say they're an A grade.
