The job was professional. A friend recommended them, and I'd give them an excellent score.
I like their convenience and proximity to the house, and they're pretty responsive. I had a magnolia tree that needed to have some treatments. I would say it was an A overall.
Their company was fine. They're fine.
When I called and said I needed my tree done, they came out. They were treating one big ash tree. The old owners of the house that I moved into used the company, too. They get an A from me.
Urban Arborist worked for us. They worked on saving some ash trees, I think, by injecting them or something. We didn't have any problems with them at all. The company gets an A.
They're honest. They're not just looking for work to do; they're actually interested in preserving your trees and your plants. We were treating some trees that had some blight and some problems. I heard of them through a neighbor. I think they deserve an A.
It was a positive report. They've done a lot of tree care—trimming, feeding, and planting. It's all good. If a friend were to ask me about them, I would tell them that they should use this company. I'd give them an A.
We had a positive experience. Everything was well.
They showed up when they were supposed to. What they sprayed on worked. My plants came back. They did everything they promised and sent me a bill when they were all done. They were fine. They were great. I have ivy that grows on my walls outside and it was diseased and getting brown spots, so they sprayed it. They knocked on the door and made sure all the windows were closed. They were very nice. I'd give the company an A grade.
They're knowledgeable; they seem to know what they're doing. Last fall, they trimmed a lot of my trees. He has, over the years, trimmed my trees on a number of occasions. I have a bunch of ornamental trees and a bunch of some unique trees. He seems to be pretty good about knowing how to take care of them. They also spray a few of my flowering trees. I found them probably ten to fifteen years ago. They were spraying a bunch of my crabapple trees, and when I moved, I said 'Hey, you know what? I got some other stuff.' Chuck came out, he was great, and I just kind of stuck with it. I'd grade them as an A.
