I liked the owner. We had a delicate situation since we were having a pool refinished at the same time, and I needed the work to be done before the pool contractors came. The owner was ultra-responsive, and he had a whole crew out here to get the job done before any damage could get done to the pool. They cleaned up as well as I clean up, which not many people do. I found them in Best Pick Reports—it works. I would definitely recommend them, and I would definitely give them an A+. They were superb.
We're probably their smallest customers—they only cut down one tree—but they were very thorough. It could have damaged the fence, and we were pleased that it did not. They took every precaution, but when they cut down the tree, they said there was a risk and that they were going to do their best not to damage the fence. They didn't, so we're very pleased. I found out about Redfern through my neighbors. I would recommend them. They were honest, they did what they were supposed to do, and they were very up front with us—plus, they're insured. We used Best Pick Reports to find them. I would rate them as an A+.
Everything worked exactly the way they said it would work. It was great. They ground a stump in our front yard. I think a neighbor recommended them, and I would highly recommend them—definitely. They were in and out in one morning, easily. These guys are an A—everything was exactly as it needed to be.
They're easy; I didn't even have to be there. They did stump grinding, and after they finished the job, they cleaned up after themselves. They were a referral from my landscaper. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The customer service made it extremely simple. They are definitely an A.
We've used Redfern several times, and they just do really good work. They cut down trees in the backyard, and I have bushes that are really high up; they cleaned those up for me, too. They were done within a day, and they cleaned up the area they were working in. I would refer them to a friend, and I would rate them as an A.
It went fine. The work and the price were as agreed upon—there were no last-minute add-ons or anything like that. They did stump grinding for me. I might have chosen them because of their availability. I would absolutely recommend Redfern, and I'd give them an A+.
They did a great job, and we were really happy with it. They did some tree removal work for me. I chose them because they were recommended by my yard man. I'd give them an A+—they are top of the line. They just did a great job.
They were the only tree service that could get out there that day, which was important because it was an emergency. The way the tree fell kind of trapped me in the house, and I couldn't get my car out. They got that cleared, and then they came back promptly to take care of the rest. They were prompt, and they got the job done. I would give them an A+.
They ground one of our stumps, and it took them about a half hour. They were helping a neighbor next door, and they were able to just come right over and finish the job that day. That's also how I found out about them. I would give them an A+.
Not only did Redfern do a great job, but they also came back and picked up some extra brush that we had gathered. It was completely unnecessary, and he just did it to be helpful. I felt that went over and above what was expected of him. We will absolutely be returning customers because of that. They cut down lots of trees and limbed up a bunch of others. The job took them two to three days. I would tell a friend to absolutely use them—they're a great company. I would rate them as an A+.
