They were very timely in terms of being able to do the job when I needed it done, and they got it done on time. They did tile work in two bathrooms in my house, and they replaced the tile. I was comfortable with the person I worked with, and I liked the timeline. I'd give them an A.
They showed up on time, they did the work, and it was good. It was a very good experience. They did a kitchen backsplash. I found the company through a friend.
In my kitchen, I had a backsplash put in on every area under the cabinets and behind my sink. They came when they said they were going to come, and they did the work neatly. I liked the quality of the work and I enjoyed the guys—they were good. They were friendly and very neat. The owner, who I dealt with originally, was very easy to deal with; his son, who I think was the crew chief, was very nice and told us exactly what was going to happen. The two gentleman who actually did the work were very nice. It was a two-day project, and it was just a very pleasant experience. We're very happy with the quality of the work; the work is very nice. It looks great. I get lots of compliments on it. I get the Best Pick Reports book, and it's a book that I refer to pretty frequently; so far, I have not been dissatisfied with any of the vendors I have used. He was very good—really nice. It's just nice to deal with people who come when they say they're going to come. It really is great.
Overall, I thought they were great. I'd hire them again. They did a partial kitchen remodel. Their customer service was very good. I think we found them through one of the contractors they work with.
They were great. The guy was prompt to come out here, he was pleasant, he was polite, and he didn't oversell us. I told him what I was looking for; I asked him to give me a quote for the bathroom counter. He came back with the quote. He did it in three parts, like I asked, and I opted for the floor and the shower enclosure. I opted not to replace the tub, and he didn't push it; he said that was fine. I opted not to do the counter, and he didn't push me on it, which I appreciated. The quality of the work was really good. They redid a shower enclosure that was tile—the three walls around the tub—and they did tub-to-ceiling work, repaired damaged wallboard, and then redid the floor to match. I'll give them an A.
CDT was very easy to do business with. It went really smoothly, and there was always somebody on-site who could answer questions. It was just a really great experience. They renovated our master bath. I chose them because he was really realistic about what we could and couldn't do, and he brought his expertise to the table. There was added value in that he came up with suggestions. I would give them an A rating.
They were excellent. I initially went to another company, but they really didn't offer me any advice. My choice wasn't the best, and the designer at CDT led me in the right direction and helped pick out a tile that would accent the kitchen. They did a backsplash, and we're very happy with it. They earned an A.
CDT did nice work. They retiled a bathroom, and their customer service was very good. They're definitely an A+ company.
I had an absolutely positive experience with Custom Design Tile—no doubt about it. They were very, very good, they did really professional work, and they were really outstanding in every manner. They were very interpersonal and reactive, the experience was interactive, and it was great. I had a little bit of a problem, and they took care of it right away, and so I've been very pleased with them—very much so. Brian did a beautiful job. All the tiling was done in the master bathroom. We actually had it totally redone. I'd give them the highest grade, an A+. In fact, I would strongly recommend them to anybody.
They renovated three of our four bathrooms. It was a very positive experience. They did tiles, they redesigned some of the features in the bathroom, and they realigned some of the plumbing fixtures so that they were all really nicely done. The millwork was done, and I had some beaded board put up—it was beautifully done with crown moldings. The people that Brian chooses to help him, like the hardware people and the cabinet people, are all super efficient. They helped me stay on budget, and the process was very tidy. The guys that came were all very nice. The subcontractors were super polite. They always took their shoes off; they cleaned up after they left every day, which was really nice; and it was done in a timely manner. I've recommended him to other neighbors who have had work done, as well. They get an A+ from me.
