Cherokee Tile

2nd year as a Best Pick

  • A-Rated

"I learned to install tile the old-fashioned way many years ago from a true craftsman. I don't take shortcuts because as far as I am concerned, they are not shortcuts—it is substandard work that will need to be repaired one day. Cherokee Tile stands behind its work, so we do it right the first time."

I'd give them an A.
I like everything about Cherokee Tile. Ron does excellent work. He's easy to work with—very attentive to detail. He just does a great job. He made me want to learn how to lay tile. He built a shower for me, tiled it and a bathroom floor, and built a shower pan. Everything was perfect. I'd give them an A+++.
I love Cherokee Tile—very professional. The fact that he has worked at his craft for such a long time shows in the quality of his work. This time around, they were doing a very complicated tile shower which required him to tile an arched shower ceiling. I'd give them an A++.
They did the work as promised and with quality, and the customer service was pretty good. I would say they're A+.
Cherokee Tile redid the shower; they were putting in tiles. My neighbor recommended them. Their work earned an A.
It was a repair job, and Cherokee Tile did a really good job. I am very satisfied. The reason I chose them over a different company is that somebody recommended them. I'd rate them as an A+.
I liked the outcome and the professionalism they've shown when they were doing the work in my home. They did a library for me. They tore out and replaced tile. They did everything I wanted them to do, and they did it efficiently and quickly. There were a lot of positive things about them, and then when I called and met with the gentleman, I enjoyed what he was saying and telling me. Then, as the work progressed, I enjoyed the work he did for me. I would have to give them an A+ grade.
He was professional, he was fast, and he was good. He was referred to me from another contractor. He did tile work in the kitchen, and their customer service was great. I didn't have to call them back after the work was done. They get an A+.
Cherokee Tile was very, very good. The process was fine—there was nothing unpleasant. They did the work and were gone. I learned about them from a neighbor. I gave the guy from Cherokee Tile a few referrals, and I think he's worked on one of them so far. They're an A+ company.
He was very friendly and didn't make a mess. He really cleaned up afterward very well, and he kept it pretty tidy while the work was going on. We happened to be looking for someone to do tile work, and I think I had gotten the Best Pick Reports in the mail like a week before—and there he was. I would give them an A+.
