We have used Giovanni's Tile Design since 2000 or something like that. They did the backsplash in our kitchen, and they did just an excellent job. I had them do my powder room last summer. They are artisans. I think that their customer service is excellent. I do have one little situation that I'm waiting on. Silvio is one of the employees there, and he did my bathroom upstairs and made suggestions for what would look good. He has a great eye. He came out and looked at my basement. I have a room that's plumbed, and I wanted to have a shower and a toilet put in there, so he was going to give me an estimate, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I would give them an A+.
They redid our master bathroom. They were very good. They are craftsmen in their trade, so they do beautiful tile work. We had used them before on a previous home. I'd give them an A+.
I had a bathroom done by Giovanni's Tile Design. They do the best tile work I've ever seen. The quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship made it the best experience. I picked them because I saw their storefront. They're A+.
We've used them before—this was the fourth major project we did. The quality of the work and the quality of the products they use make us keep going back to them. They've done two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an entry foyer. I interviewed three companies, and I liked Giovanni's Tile Design the best—I liked their representative who came and spoke with me. I'd say they get an A+.
They're great. They do all my high-end tile, and they've done it for years. They're my guys when I need some good tile work done. They're always an A+. I've never had a problem with them.
Their workmanship was wonderful. I've dealt with the whole family—the son, the daughter, and the dad—and everybody was just great. They were very professional, and they always contacted me back. The communication was really good throughout the project, and so was the timing—when they said they would be there, they were there. I chose them because I drove by their shop. I would rate them as an A.
They had creative ideas—they came up with ideas that we hadn't considered before that were very good. The quality of work was excellent. A co-worker recommended Giovanni's Tile Design, and I'd give them an A.
They're still working on our latest job. This is the third job that they've done for me. They do excellent work, and I'd rate them as an A.
Giovanni's Tile Design is excellent. I like the personal touch and the attention to detail, and the quality of their work was second to none. They did my bathrooms in the basement and a whole floor in the basement. I did all the stuff in phases with other contractors as well, so it probably took a little longer, and it was a pretty big area for the floor. He had to mud it and tile it, so there were a few steps. I'd give them an A+ for sure.
They're all good. Giovanni's Tile Design gets five stars. I've used them quite a few times—he's a good guy. He did a good job. He's done marble tile and some granite work for me. I'd give them an A+.
