“My experience with Giovanni's Tile Design was amazing. It was more than perfect. The timeliness and everything was amazing. I've been recommending them—A++.”
“They redid our master bathroom—new shower tiles, floor, countertop, and sink. In our other two bathrooms, they did new tiles, floors, and countertops. They were wonderful, and I'm so glad that we went with them. They're craftsmen. I'd give them an A+. I've recommended them to a lot of people.”
“My experience was extraordinarily positive. I liked everything from design to installation—everything was fantastic. It's A+.”
“It was absolutely positive. 100 percent. I've already recommended them several times. They were very helpful, and they did a beautiful job. They were prompt and followed up. It was A+.”
“It was very good. They did a very nice job. I'd say A+. The quality of work was excellent. They mainly did more of the design. They were punctual and very accommodating. I'd recommend them highly.”
“My experience was extremely positive. I'm extremely pleased. I'm the second owner of a property where they did an extensive rehab job. Giovanni came and the guy who came out to help me is named Silvio. One time, I needed to have something fixed that wasn't working properly, and Silvio came out promptly to fix it. I was prepared to pay him and he said, 'Sorry this is basically under warranty.' The second time, I asked him to come out and do something that he'd had nothing to do with. This was in the kitchen and he had a very clever solution for what I needed. I've had two interactions with him. One of them, he knew from the beginning that he was going to be doing the work for free—I didn't. He still was very prompt and again he refused payment when he could have accepted it, and I never would have known the difference. The second time was for a small job where he actually did great work. Both times, very responsive, very helpful, and very professional. The workmanship and the creativity of the tile installation in our apartment are exceptional. It was kind of craftsman's approach, and only a craftsman could have done the installation. A+ across the board.”
“He did mirror work for me. It was very good, and I would give them an A. Everything was perfect, everything was very good. I'm highly likely to recommend them.”
“I bought a product from them, and somebody came out here to install it. I'm very happy. They were excellent, an A+.”
“We hadn't done anything yet, but they've got me in line. I've used them before. They were absolutely fantastic. I redid a whole bathroom and they had to take the shower stall down to the studs. They did a fantastic job.”
“Excellent, we were thrilled to death with the work they did for us. No complaints at all.”
