They put a 14-by-12 four-season room on the back of my home. We looked at four companies, and the reason we picked Envy is because that is the only business that they're involved in—they don't do windows; they don't do siding; they don't do roofing—and they only have two crews. That's what they told me. Two crews put these rooms together, so that was the big factor for me. Last year, because of all the rain, they would call, and all their work got kind of pushed back two to four weeks, but that's not their fault. I think last spring, Chicago was pretty flooded. The only one thing that we were a little disappointed in is that this has got a peaked roof, and there's two atrium windows on the back of the room, and we were not informed that it would be an extra two weeks for those windows to be delivered and installed. They're triangle windows. They had to be specially ordered, and I didn't know that when we contracted with them. It turned out well. We're out there quite often. I think they'd get an A. Overall, we're real happy with the thing.
We had hail damage to a three-season room, and so they had to replace the roof on the three-season room. The salesperson was very professional and courteous. It happened to my father-in-law's home; he was pretty much homebound. The guy took the time to introduce himself, and he made a nice impression on my father-in-law and on myself too. In my opinion, I would say they get an A+. They cleaned up nicely, and when they left, you didn't know they were here except for the fact that we had a new roof. The shrubbery was good and clean, so it was nice—a very good experience.
They did a four-season room. Everything looks great. I contacted some builders, they answered back, and it started from there and was just random. I'd say they were pretty professional. I'll give them an A.
They did a three-season room for me. The crew that came out and did the work was really good, everything was cleaned up neatly, and they did everything that they were supposed to do. I'd give them an A.
Envy Home Services was fantastic. They tore down a screened room for me and built a room with more glass in it. I didn't have to do a thing. It was a turn-key operation where they delivered what they promised in a timely manner, and as a homeowner, that's all I can ask for. They're an A+ company.
I had a three-season room put on my house, and the guys who did the work were very meticulous. The room looks beautiful and well-constructed. The person who originally did all the paperwork for me was terrific from the get-go. Any time I had a concern, he responded to me right away. I'd give them an A.
Envy Home Services was great. They tore down a greenhouse and turned it into a sunroom. They did a really good job, and the room looks great. The customer service was great, too. I would recommend the company. They deserve an A+.
Envy Home Services put a sunroom on my house as a room addition, and they did a great job. I chose them because I had some particular issues, and they were able to handle them—they had to do some different remodeling. They earned an A grade.
Envy Home Services was excellent. They were very efficient and did wonderful work. Everything they did was wonderful—A+.
Envy Home Services built a room addition and a screened-in porch, and the customer service is why I loved them. Every time they called and said that they were going to do something, they did it, and I never had to call them back for a single thing. I would recommend them. They were an A+.
