Hydro-Tech Irrigation

I was very pleased. I think they did extremely good work. They installed a sprinkler system, and they did it right—the quality of work was super. They’re very qualified. They knew what they were doing, they did a good job of putting it in, and they left everything nice afterward. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydro-Tech again. I’d give them an A+.

Hydro-Tech repaired some parts on my sprinkler system. The technicians did a miraculous job of troubleshooting. They also did the winterizing. They were on time and got it done quickly. I had a very positive experience. It was pretty amazing—they get an A+.

I’ve used them for at least 20 years, maybe more. I think they’re an excellent company. They installed my system, and they maintain it. Their technicians never act like they’re in a rush; they take the time to show you what to do.

They put the system in, and they maintain it. They do the winterizing and turn it back on in the spring.  They’ve added new zones for me and put in a new controller, and they’re great. They know the business. They understand what can and can’t be done, and they make suggestions. They also mapped out my yard and gave me the map. I know where everything is, so my landscaping is not at risk.

They’re a good company. I’ve been with them for years. They’re very compliant, friendly, and very timely. I give them a ten out of ten.

Hydro-Tech is great. They always come when they say they're going to come, and everything works perfectly. When I was looking into a lawn irrigation company, I asked my neighbor—who is involved in a lot of these things—and he said, 'Call Hydro-Tech; they're the gold standard.' And I have to say that's the truth. They're great. They've always met my satisfaction.

Hydro-Tech hasn't done anything for me this season. We had an irrigation system installed. And they serviced it in the spring and the fall, but they haven't come yet this year; it's scheduled for the end of the month. They do a good job. They show up when they're supposed to. I ask questions, and they give me information. So I'm pleased with the service.

They always do my winterization for me, as well as my spring turn-on. I use them continuously year after year. They’re always very responsive. They’ve very good at what they do. I've had no problems with them at all. I keep coming back.
