I thought they were very good. The project took about three weeks to do because they were doing the siding and the trim, and they had a lot of work to do on the side. They worked long hours, and they were very careful. They even put siding under my deck, which meant they had to scrunch down because it's not a walk-out basement. I'd give them high marks. They're very organized, for one thing—the wife of the guy who runs it is in the office, and between the two of them, if I had any questions, I'd just call the office. Usually, Steve would come out the same day. It was a good experience. He really knew how Hardie board was supposed to be installed, so when I had my roof done by a company that he had recommended, I had a question about the gutter boards because I wanted them to be Hardie as well, and I had him come and answer some questions for me. That's how much faith I have in his opinion and in his knowledge of what he does. I would say they're an A+.
They put HardiePlank siding on our whole house. From top to bottom, I liked everything. The service was really good. The installers were just absolutely first-rate. They worked to make certain that every single slat was just spot-on, and the color touch-up was well done. It was just a really first-rate experience from start to finish. I'd give Preferred Siding an A+.
They were high quality. They put up fiber cement siding for me. I chose them because they were recommended by the manufacturer of the product. I'd give them an A. There was a team of gentlemen who installed the siding, and they were all great.
We had an experience that was even better than positive. I would recommend Preferred Siding with absolutely no reservations at all. We replaced HardiePlank siding on an addition to our house. It required some extra engineering and some little things that needed to be worked out. My husband is a civil engineer, and he is probably the hardest person they could possibly do a job for, but they met and exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, they were timely. When they said they'd be here for an estimate, they were. When my husband pointed out some way of doing something differently than they normally did, they worked with us. When it came time to do a punch list, there were a couple of extra things that my husband felt should be done; with no hesitation, they were here when they said they would be here, and it was done. They were very professional. It was absolutely an A+ job.
They were very professional about explaining what was going to be done, what needed to be done, and what options I had. People arrived when they said they would, and they finished the job and cleaned up every day. I was very happy with the professionalism and the work quality. They put up new siding all around the house and replaced the soffits and attic vents. They made sure that the window framing and windowsills were replaced where we needed. It was all HardiePlank and other Hardie materials. We heard of them because they'd worked other places in the neighborhood. I'd give them an A.
They did a really great job. They put on Hardie board. I chose Preferred Siding because I thought they did good work and because I liked their presentation. I'd rate them as an A.
Preferred Siding did nice work. They put up James Hardie siding. The gentlemen who did the siding were fine. I chose them because I liked some of the custom trim details that they proposed. I'd give them an A rating.
The owner was very nice and easy to talk to, and they gave good customer service. They had to do new siding and trim. I was looking for Hardie board preferred providers, and there were only three in the area, so I met with all three of them, and I preferred Preferred Siding because I liked the owner—I thought they had very good customer service. I'd give them an A.
Preferred Siding redid the outside of my house. They did an outstanding job, and the quality of the materials was terrific. Their workmanship is what stood out; they took their time, and they did it right. I would rate them as an A+.
They installed HardiePlank and new gutters on our house. The owner of the company is just fantastic. He had a lot of projects, but anytime we asked for his time, he gave us his full attention. He's just a really, really great guy to know and work with. They deserve an A++.
