We had some gutters, painting, and siding work done by DuraCraft, and we would rate them very highly. They were excellent—A+.
I have a 30-year-old house, and they stripped off all the siding and replaced it. They took out the bad wood, put in good wood, and painted the whole thing. They did an excellent job. I used the Best Pick Reports book to find them. They're A+.
They did siding and repairs. Their administrative people are very, very good. They were very good in terms of timing, getting back to you, answering questions, and just closing the loop on everything. I was looking for a particular HardiePlank siding, and they were a company that did that. They're an A+ company.
It looked good, and they were quick. They left me extra pieces for different parts of the house. Everything was clean, and the customer service was good. I would give them an A+.
I was very pleased with DuraCraft. They did siding and some gutter covers. I liked that they gave a 40-year warranty. We had one or two things that came up eight or nine years later, so we called them, and they just came right out. They were careful to do it. I'd probably give them an A grade.
DuraCraft did great work. They did a good job.
The salesman didn't pressure us. He came in and gave us our options, and he narrowed things down for me based on my requests. He made it work within the budget we had, and then he came back and turned it around pretty quick. We didn't have any issues. The installers themselves were pretty quick, and it looks like they did a thorough job. Everything is working fine, and I haven't had any problems. They get an A grade from me.
They did what they said they were going to do, and they held it within the quoted price. They did new siding and put a new roof on. I would give them an A.
DuraCraft replaced the siding on my house with HardiePlank. They showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done. They did an excellent job, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was just a great experience, and I was very, very, very pleased. The customer service was also very good. The guy I talked to was very personable, and he did a great job.
DuraCraft Siding & Windows was wonderful. They answered the phone, they showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they did what they said they were going to do. They get an A+ because they were excellent.
