I like the blinds—everything was excellent, like an A grade.
Part of it was dragging on the floor, pulled down, and it didn't quite fit what was there. Katy Blinds & Shutters came out and fixed it just like that, so everything is fine. I liked their customer service. They're an A+.

The first time, they put everything in—we had one set of windows done two or three years ago, and we liked the work, so we had them out again. The second time, they matched the paint very, very well. It was good, and the shutters from the first round still work several years later. I met the guy that gave us the estimate and measured everything—he was very good. I'd give them an A.
I liked our salesperson. She was really quick to respond to emails and calls. I had an issue with one of my shutters—it was a warranty thing. They came out within a few days and fixed it for me, no problem. They took the whole shutter, but it was maybe a day that we were without it. They came on a Tuesday, and we got it back on Thursday, so it was good customer service. I'd grade them an A.
