They installed a security system, and they monitor it monthly. It works—it does what it's supposed to do. I haven't really had a need for customer service. I'd give Vintage Security an A grade.
We've had them for about a year, and I guess it's been a really good experience. There was testing that they did almost two weeks ago now to rectify a problem. I believe one of our sensors was giving a false alarm. We would bypass it and trigger the alarm. When we reported it, they came and fixed that very quickly. I used them because their salesperson was visiting my neighbor, and when it was finished, I asked him to come over. We signed the same day. I would recommend them. I'll give them an A.
They were reliable and knowledgeable, and they listened. They replaced an older system, and I haven't had any issues with it. They originally installed the system in the house, so that's how I chose them. I'd rate Vintage Security as an A.
It was really nice. They're good people—it's a good company.
It's been great. I don't have any complaints. Whenever I have an issue, they fix it. The installation was about a year ago. Everything was seamless, and it worked fine. There was already an existing system that they put in, so I had already used Vintage Security. I've had them for nine years. I'd give them an A.
I don't have any complaints. They've been pretty accurate when it comes to securing the house if we have an issue. They did the original installation a year ago. The guys were pretty friendly and helpful; they showed us how to use the system and everything. I would recommend them. I'd say they're an A.
We haven't had any issues, and I would recommend them. I've had no problem with them. An A sounds right. So far, so good.
They come back and taken care of any issue that comes up. I've been able to get a hold of them, and they've been helpful. They installed the original system, and they were just an all-around good experience. I would recommend them to family and friends, and I'd give them an A.
Vintage Security installed the original system, and it's easy to use. I like the fact that they put everything in place and give you all the details right up front, so you don't really have to go back to them for anything else. I haven't had any issues with the service. We haven't had a lot of interaction beyond the initial contact. The owner that I bought the house from used Vintage, and he just recommended staying with them; I would recommend them as well. They get an A.
They did a good job. They fixed something, and they did it right away. The guy was pleasant, and he was in and out. I've used them for a number of years now. They've been very good. With that particular service call, they couldn't have done anything better. I would recommend them. Another company referred me to them many years ago. I can't think of any faults—I think they're an A.
