I've been with Home Alert since 1991, so I've been with them for a lot of years. Any time I've needed them for customer service, they've been excellent and very consistent. I'd give them an A+.
They're always excellent, and I have no complaints.
I use them as my regular alarm company. Their work is excellent; I have no complaints. They do my security system, and they do an A-level job.
They're very quick and responsive. They call me all the time to make sure there's not a problem. When I have repairs, they come out right away. Recently, he came over because I wasn't getting a signal; I was getting low battery. Then, we changed passcodes. I've had them for years. I decided to pick them up a long, long time ago because they had the best plan. I'd give them an A.
Their customer service is great. I've had Home Alert for a long time. I have them at my schools, at my church, and at my home. I'd give them an excellent grade. When I call, they respond, and they come out. They do everything. If I have any problems or a question, they answer it.
I've used Home Alert for many, many years, and I've been very satisfied. They've serviced us so well. They've serviced us on the phone in the middle of the night with emergencies, and they've talked us through things. We're really pleased with them. I've used them for 30 years now. I probably got them through word of mouth. They were a small company when I started. They came and serviced us very well for my first home. My daughter uses them, and I've recommended them to other people in the area because I'm so satisfied with the service, how it works, and their response. I would rate them as excellent. I'm very, very satisfied with them.
I have no problem with Home Alert at all—that's how positive the experience has always been. Their customer service is really second to none. They have a fellow working in their tech area by the name of Ed Epps, and he makes that operation a pleasure to deal with. He follows up with people—I mean, really follows up. He goes above and beyond. I can use his personal cell phone number, so I can reach him in a pinch. He helps me either acquire the equipment I need or arrange for a guy to install it. We've had two break-ins at our home, and both break-ins were basically knocked out of whack because that equipment and monitoring service were right on their game. When we moved into the house, the people that had the house before had the alarm system, and they used Home Alert as their company. It was really a no-brainer for us because we didn't have any experience with an alarm company. When we got in with them, they brought their people to test it and see how it would react with our dogs. They spent some serious time. Everyone they've sent out has been courteous and informative. I have no complaints. We've got all these major companies out here, and they are all good companies by the reputation I've heard of, but it's the kind of service I get from the people at Home Alert that would keep me from ever wanting to change—I'd almost be afraid to change. Home Alert is A+.
We used them for our church. We've had them for so long—a good while. The customer service is always good. I've never had a problem with them. They give prompt responses, and they're courteous. They come, do the job, and leave. I'd give them an A+.
Their customer service is fine. I'm very pleased with them. I've been in contact with them many, many times for service, and they've earned an A+ grade.
The times that I've had to use their customer service, they've sent a technician out within 24 hours. Our business hours are a little different. I use them at home as well. They were actually out here last week, checking the battery to make sure that it was functioning, because we had a power outage, and the power was out for like 12 hours. They sent somebody out to make sure that the alarm was functioning properly after the power came back on. I would say they're an A.
