They have installed all of our thermostats, our motion detector, and our alarm system, and they assisted with setting up the front door lock. (We installed it ourselves.) They set up our garage door monitor and an automated lamp control. The sales rep I worked with helped out a lot and went above and beyond.
They installed new equipment, and they provide monitoring services. The person selling and installing the system was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. We discussed my personal needs with regards to what I needed in the alarm, so he seemed honest and didn't try to upsell everything. I have had no real issues, so I can't say much about the monitoring team one way or the other. I spoke to customer service a couple of times over the past year, and they have seemed friendly and helpful.
