Their service has been excellent. They're always quick to call back if there's ever an alarm. They always do follow-up calls anytime they do service calls out here. I always get a call back to see how that went. The technicians are always polite. It's just been a pleasure to work with the company. I would have to give them an A+. I don't have any complaints.
It went so smoothly. I would recommend Milestone Electric & Security to anybody. My other alarm system—I mean putting it in and everything was fine, but I had horrible customer service when I did have issues. This one has been smooth sailing. I haven't had any problems yet, but I don't envision it. Everything's been so smooth that I don't envision that there would be problem. I think I'd be taken care of. I'm not worried about it. I've been very happy with it. I thought they were very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything. They wanted to make sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns. They were able to answer everything the first time I asked as opposed to the other company where I had to go through six different people. I would give them an A+.
I like Milestone's customer service. I don't have any problems with it. Every time I open the door, and I forget to turn the alarm system off, they're right there. It's taken me a while to get used to it. My husband investigated all the security systems in the area, and he thought this one was the best. We also had them come out to put some electrical work in for us, and we liked their attitude. We had our system put in afterwards. I would give them an A+.
I haven't interacted with them very often, but I think that their customer service is fine. I can't remember the last time—they didn't install my system, they just monitor my system. I think that they deserve an A+ because I haven't had any problems.
I like them—they're great. They're prompt. I liked the way they handled everything when I was having break-ins. They just made me feel really comfortable as a single mom. I've really enjoyed having them as my provider for my alarm system. They made me feel comfortable. They didn't rush me or try to make me do anything that I didn't want to do. Everything was accommodated just for me. They weren't just trying to make a sale or get me to buy an alarm system. He sat down and talked to me through everything. He made me feel comfortable like I had known him forever. I would give them an A+.
I haven't had a problem yet with Milestone. It's a good security service. They've called me when it's gone off. I would give them an A+. I know they're good at what they do. I actually know the owner. I knew him prior to getting the system. I didn't know that it was his company until after I got the system. He owns quite a few companies.
We've only had to have them out once to install the system, and that's basically it. The guy who came out and installed it was super nice. Whenever we've had to call or communicate, they've been very professional and courteous. We used them because we were familiar with them from where we had previously lived. I would give them an A+.
