That was something I appreciated over the other companies I talked to during the same time. They sent a technical rep who took the time to look at everything in the house and come up with a few proposals. It was detailed and customer friendly. He was not trying to push everything. He said, 'This is not needed. That is not needed. This should be what you need.' I was able to compare it. There were two other companies who came, and their technical reps were trying to sell me a fully outfitted Cadillac, which was not necessary. I would give them an A for the overall experience.”
