They did everything that they said they were going to do. They did roof work for me. Their customer service was wonderful.
They came in here and did the job they promised at the price they promised. They did the roof and the gutters. The supervisor and the salesman on-site were very informative when I asked questions about things that I was concerned about. I chose them because they're local—about four or five miles away—and I'd known about them for a while. They deserve an A.
I have used them in the past, probably about 18 months ago. They got it done. I had called a few places, and they gave weird answers and recommendations, but Town & Country's seemed the most logical. They executed it on the day they said they would. It was all roofing work. There was a major leak in one part of my roof, and they fixed it. There were no worries. A real estate agent friend of mine recommended them. They'd get an A.
We had Town & Country come out and do the roof. They just came out and repaired some tiles that were messed up. They checked everything else out on the roof, and they redid all the waterproofing around the pipes. They did stuff I didn't expect—extra stuff—and they were really quick. They came out here the same day and did the work really good. I would give them an A.
We used Town & Country, and it was great. They did the work that they said they were going to do, and my roof doesn't leak, so I'm happy. I chose them because I'd had three different companies come out, and their salesperson was nice. They seemed to be trustworthy and local. I'd rate them as an A.
I did have Town & Country do some work about a year ago, and they did a good job. They were good people. I would hire them again. They did some roofing repairs. They were recommended to me by somebody, and I chose them because of the recommendation. They get an A.
They offered prompt service when they did roof repair for me. Their customer service is also good. I would grade them an A.
Town & Country did the job about a year and a half ago. They just did some repairs. They came out and knew what they were supposed to do, and then they sent me the bill. I think they were a recommendation from a client. My friend was satisfied with the work, and I gave them a shot.
They were quick and efficient. They repaired some broken shingles, and it was great. They're an A.
They had a quick response, even for a small patch job. Other companies weren't interested in doing it, but they were very good. They did several patch jobs for me, and on the occasion that the foreman was out doing the work, he took the time to answer the questions that I had. My sister's in another town and needed her roof replaced. I gave her their name, they did her roof, and she was pleased. I got their name from the insurance company. I had just moved here, and they told me that other customers had used them and were satisfied. I would definitely give them an A.
