When the representative came here, everything that he had to say was true. One of the kids came around, and we ended up talking with him. We were thinking of getting the work done anyway, but with his mannerism and knowledge of the product and the method of what had to be done, my husband was like, 'He knows his stuff, honey. He knows what he's talking about, so let's see what he has.' After that, he came here and brought everything with him. He went through the whole thing, and we were very impressed. That's the reason why we chose him. We were just getting into the market and looking around. Everything came out perfect. The guys that were here were very nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything was really good. We didn't find one negative thing. They'd get an A+ for excellent work. It's really, really a good company. I told a friend of mine about them.
Overall, it was a good experience. I would say that it was excellent work, and I have no complaints.
They were just so supportive the whole way through. They have a very clever way of doing business. They started off with a couple nice young guys who just talked to me, and then someone else came later, maybe the next day, and we actually walked around the neighborhood. It was just very well done, and it made me feel secure that I wasn't getting a bad deal. I'd never heard of them before. The person across the street said he was thinking of getting a new roof, so he was asking me about it, and I said I was very, very happy with GreenLine. My roof was 40 years old. That's quite old, and it had a small leak. It lasted until last winter. It did pretty well, but I knew in my head that I had to get a new roof. They're an A+ company. I went to work that morning, and it was done when I got home. There was a very tiny little mess—there was no mess at all, really. I couldn't have asked for better, and I really needed to get a new roof. I was very pleased, and everybody in the neighborhood was raving to me about it.
I like the warranty that they're going to provide with the work that they did. The gentleman that did the consulting was a no-pressure salesman and made sure that we understood everything before we entered into an agreement. The job was for roofing and windows. I rate them as an A.
I liked the end product—the windows. They had actually done my roof a couple of years ago, too. The people seemed to do a good job. There was a little bit less than done, but it wasn't anything major. I would grade them as an A.
They did a good job. They did a roof for me. The company gets an A from me.
They put my roof on. As far as I know, everything seemed to be fine. They were on time, and they did it all in one day. They were very neat and cleaned up. They came by and checked afterward. They get an A.
The job was over a year ago. We had them twice. We had the first half of the house done in January and then the garage done in August. They were very clean. They picked up all their mess and everything, and they finished in one day. They're going to give us 50-year warranty shingles rather than 30-year shingles, and also, their warranty is transferable to the next owner because we plan on selling the house within another year or so. I rate them as an A.
They were clean and efficient, and they were on time. They did a good job. They were showing how they were going to do things, and then they actually followed through on it, which was a plus. They did roofing. I rate them as an A. They were great.
They came in one day. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves, and they seemed to do a good job. We had solar panels on the roof, and we couldn't get anyone that wanted to take them down before they put a new roof up. That's how we got this company. I rate them an A for now.
