It was an overall positive experience. They come in and clean my pool every week. They come every week, and they do their job very good. I put my chlorine tablets in there, but they do everything else. They know what they're doing, and it always stays nice and clear. I'd originally wanted to get the pool redone, and although I didn't choose them to redo the pool, I did use their service. I would give them an A+.
I used Olympic Pools. They did what they were supposed to do in a timely, efficient manner. I have no complaints. They both installed the pool and worked on it. I'd give them an A.
I like that I don't have to think about them. They service my pool. It's regular maintenance, every few months, but I've never used them for anything major. I'd grade them with an A.
I like that they've done what they've said they will, on time. They've done various pool and spa repairs. For example, they fixed the pool heater. They get an A from me.
They did a good job. I thought they were honest. They replaced my pool heater. It took no more than a day. I chose them because one of my neighbors used them. I'd give them a no-complaints grade.
They came out and did what they said they were going to do. They added a Polaris pump and did some maintenance work. They cleaned up well when they were done. They're an A.
We just went through it with no problems. They did swimming pool work, the whole thing: they installed a new pool. It took about four months, which was in line with their original estimate. An A works for them.
They do full pool maintenance. Their customer service is good, responsive, and effective. I'd grade them with an A.
I had a positive experience, so it was fine. I got a little fountain pump for the pool, and I had no issues. Customer service was OK. It was an A job. They got it done.
It was a positive experience overall. He's always friendly, so if I have any questions, they'll answer them, and they're just really nice. I had some filters in my backwash thing that had to be replaced. I just know the guy who comes every week to clean the pool. They do pool maintenance now, and when we bought the house, they were already doing the pool here. I'd give them an A.
