They do their regular service on time and they don't miss anything, so that's really good. They do weekly pool maintenance. We chose them because they were recommended. I would give them an A.
The guy is always friendly when I go in there for supplies. We service our own pool, but they're fine. We chose them because the owners used them when we bought the house. I'd give them an A.
I liked their professionalism and prompt service. They do repairs, diagnosis, and maintenance for my pool. I liked their first approach, and what I liked from there was the service. I'd grade them an A.
Butcher's did a good job. I've had my pool for 23 years, and I take care of it myself. Their proximity to me is not as close as another pool supply store, but that store didn't want to challenge the problem I had with the lights, so I called up and went by Butcher's. The guy there said he knew what was wrong. There's a light that rotates in my pool—you can toggle it a couple times, and it'll go from green to red to blue. It quit doing that. The guys that had helped me over the years insisted they couldn't fix it, but when I just happened to be at Butcher's, I just walked in and said, 'Do you know anything about this equipment?' and they said that they were familiar with it. I said, 'I can't make it work anymore.' They said, 'We'll come over and look at it.' I said, 'I don't want you to just come over. Why don't you prep the pool for spring and check all the equipment?' They did a great job. I'm buying all my stuff from them now. I haven't been back, but I'd give them an A.
They're great. They clean and maintain the pool—they make sure the chemicals are right and all that stuff. There are three of us on this street that use them. I'd give them an A.
They're reliable—they do what they say, and they come when they say. They find things that need to be fixed, suggest the proper fix, and then fix them. They do regular weekly maintenance, and then they do whatever equipment maintenance is needed from time to time. We've had them for about eight years. They've been good from the start. I'd give them a solid A.
They're easy to get a hold of, and they're always on time. They clean my pool once a week, and then they do whatever other maintenance needs to be done on it. I'd give them an A.
Butcher's showed up and did the work they were supposed to do. They replaced a pull-away valve for me. I chose them because of their proximity and availability. They get an A.
They've done my pool for a couple years. They're good—I'll give them an A.
They?show up, and they do what they're supposed to do to take care of the pool. The guy that comes is great. He's nice, and he talks to me. If I have any issues, it's easy—I can just ask about it. I chose them because I had gotten feedback from other people that said they'd had good luck with Butcher's. I'd give them an A.
