I've been very pleased with their service. They know how to do their job of keeping the pool clean, and if I have a problem or have to email them, they respond right away. They're very thorough. I think their customer service is excellent. They come and take care of my pool every week. I would rate them A+—excellent.

They're very dependable. They clean the pool once a week and maintain the equipment and chemicals. The customer service is excellent—no complaints. The service I had before this went up on their price and were not very dependable, so a friend of mine who used Blue Lagoons referred me to them and offered me their phone number, and I called them.
If you've ever had a pool with a pool service, you know that there are an awful lot of shady folks doing that. But they seem to be extremely honest, and I feel as though they have a great amount of integrity. When they tell me something is broken and it needs to be replaced, I don't have any doubt that it's actually broken and needs to be replaced. They have done repairs of equipment, regular scheduled maintenance of the large pieces of equipment, weekly cleanings and chemical maintenance, and they've purchased for us pieces of equipment that needed to be replaced entirely.
They're our pool service. The guys that come are very courteous. They know that we have dogs, so they're always real careful not to let the dogs out. They're real friendly, and they do a really good job. We have weekly cleanings in the summer, biweekly cleanings in the wintertime, and then when things need repairing, they'll let us know where we are. Usually if I have a question or a problem, I send an email to Jason and usually get a pretty quick response, so I can't say I've ever had a problem with the customer service. I always know who to go to when I have a question. The price changes in the summer once they start coming once a week, and they've been real good about notifying us ahead of time. They're the company that's closest to me. I'd give them an A+.
They came out, did the work, it was done, and I didn't have to worry about it. They had to redo our pool pump. Their customer service was good.
They work for me doing my regularly scheduled maintenance. Everything has been fine—no issues. Whenever I've been there, the pool has been cleaned, well maintained, and looks good. They've been flexible on days of the week, they were able to come out when they first started the service, and other than that, I don't really see them. Based on those qualifications, I'd have to give them an A.
