A plumber put a new part in my house, and three days later, that part burst open and flooded my entire house. Someone recommended The Plumbing Doctor to come and make an assessment of what happened. The man came and made an assessment, and he did a nice job and everything. When the previous plumber questioned it, the man from The Plumbing Doctor reiterated his experience of 25 years and said, 'My thought is that the cause is this.' They were very good. They were recommended to me by a friend who has used them for years and highly respects their work. They came, looked at the water damage, and looked at the new part that had been used; he thought it was a defective part. I would give them an A for this, and I will call them back when I have a plumbing need from now on.
Everything went really well. I'd give them an A+.
They are very responsive, and the people are very knowledgeable. We had a flood in our basement, so I called The Plumbing Doctor for an emergency job on short notice when our typical plumber was not available. I'd give them an A.
They came when they said they would, and they promptly repaired what we needed to have repaired. It was an emergency. They did a drain. This was my first time using them., and I would give them an A.
He was a very nice guy, and he seemed to know what he was doing. They removed some stuff from the pipes going to the toilet.
We had The Plumbing Doctor come in briefly. They were thorough and on time. We had some leaking noise; I'm not sure if it was a leak or if the wood was cracking or expanding. We weren't sure if it was an actual leak because we couldn't find any proof of water, but we kept hearing that noise, so that was the issue they were looking into. We found them in Best Pick Reports. I'd say they're an A.
They were on time, and they did the job like they were supposed to with no problem. They fixed the leakage in the crawl space. They're an A; I have no complaints.
They came quickly and fixed a frozen pipe. They were the only ones who came after we had three days of water. I'd give them an A.
They were very professional. They replaced a faucet in the kitchen sink. They were working on the house across the street, and that's how I found them. They deserve an A.
They were fine. They did plumbing work. I'd say they're an A.
