They were reliable, pleasant, and responsive. They replaced all of my pipes.
They were on time for the appointment, they were very informative with what needed to be done, and it was very neat, professional, and appropriate work. They did plumbing work in our kitchen. This was the second time that they had been out to fix something for us.
The job was timely, professional, and completed to satisfaction. We had a pipe leak. I found out about Service Specialties through my sister. I would give them an A.

They have been here several times over the years, and they've done a great job for us. One of the things they did recently was a quick check because I thought one of the units had shut itself down. It wouldn't restart, and they went through and checked it. They found an improvement I could make, which had been done in prior services. I had to fix a leaking water heater. All I can do is give them high marks for the way they've trained their people. They're not only very responsive, but they do quality work, as well. They've done a good job. Right now, they're from an A to an A+.
I do work with them on a business level. Everything has been fine. I have a good opinion of them. My company does a significant amount of work with them—they are actually one of our heating and cooling vendors as well as our vendor for plumbing. We do have a good opinion of them. I appreciate their responsiveness, and the office staff is very easy to deal with. In general, I haven't had any difficulties with them. They took care of the heating and cooling at my house, too, and I'd give them an A+.
My landlord called. The gentleman was very helpful, and I have his card. He left me a bill. A pipe burst in the condo over me, and I lost heat. Service Specialties was contacted, I think, through my condo's management service. It was absolutely fine, and if I had a problem again, I would call the same company. The gentleman was very polite. He came quite promptly because the winter was difficult, and I had no heat. He verified the pipe was the cause of the problem, and everything has been issue-free since. They earned an A+.
The people on the phones were very knowledgeable, polite, and service-oriented. The people who came out were on time. They took their time to do the work and then sat down to tell me what they had found. They were looking around the house to see if there were any plumbing needs. Plumbing is a new thing for them, so they came out to see aspects of the house, make sure everything was OK, and see if anything needed attention. I'm still waiting to hear from them about ordering some parts, but I would give them an A+.
Service Specialties is good, and Don was a cool dude. They worked on a bathtub that was leaking through the ceiling. I would use the company again—I've been using them for 20 years. I'd give Don an A+ because he was very conscientious.
