There was a little mix-up in the beginning. I had two projects to be done. One concerned an air conditioning fan coil unit, and the guy was not prepared to work partly because he had been injured and just wasn't able to do it. The other one was a simple plumbing job, and that's a different part of M.E. Flow. So, M.E. Flow had to schedule two separate people. The plumbing guy did an excellent job and was very good. The other person had been injured a day or so before, so even though he showed up to do the work, he wasn't physically in a position to do the work. But even then, he at least looked over the equipment, worked with me to get another appointment rescheduled with someone else, and made sure they were prepared, not only physically, but with the right materials and tools. That person showed up and did an excellent job. I'm a satisfied customer. The plumbing issues both concerned sinks. One problem was dripping faucets. The other was that the little lever you pull up to stop the drain wasn't working properly. It was a matter of changing out some parts so that when you want to stop the drain and fill the sink with water, it would do that. I'd give them an A+. In the end, I was very satisfied.
The fellow came and did a repair for me, and he was very friendly and very professional. He had the part on his truck, and he just fixed it right up. He was very responsive on the phone. This was a plumbing repair. I had a leak above the water heater. It was kind of an emergency call. They're an A+.
They did work for me this morning. They were fantastic. This was their second time coming out, and I think they're fantastic. I requested the same guy who came out last time, Grant. He just knew what the problem was. He attacked it and solved it, and I was on my way. He also was able to help me with a future problem, which is why I had to call them back. I requested him because he pointed out the problem and said he may have the solution. I thought that was spot-on. They're timely, they're professional, and I can't say enough about them. They came out because I had a leak in the bathroom. I liked the fact that they had been around for a long time. I'd rate them as an A—that's why I called them back. I wouldn't call them back if it wasn't an A-grade experience.
I like their response time, and the technician who came was excellent; he did a very good job. He changed the sump pump. It was excellent, they responded quickly, and they sent a competent technician. I would give them an A.
They had a quick response time and quick service. They explained everything thoroughly, they wrote everything up, and they're good guys. They fixed the water heater. I chose them because they do work for my place of work and my boss recommended them. They get an A+ from me.
They did a great job. They were just quick and courteous, and it was well done. They rebuilt two toilets. I would recommend them. They're A+.
They had everything on the truck that we needed, and what they didn't have, they had the guy deliver. They did a pretty big job for us, and I thought they did a good job. They replaced a water heater. My wife got a referral from somebody else. I would recommend them and give them an A.
I just liked how quickly they got it done and also the availability of the parts; I didn't have to wait for the parts. They replaced my water heater. I chose them because I had heard good things about them as far as the technician, and they are very knowledgeable. I'd give them an A grade.
The gentleman who came to my home was very professional, and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. What I thought was the problem wasn't the problem, and he said, 'No, that is not the issue. This is where your issue is.' He was very forthright with what the issue was versus recommending more things than I actually needed. I had them come out because I had a plumbing issue with my sump pump. I ended up not having them do the work, but I would rate them as an A.
They were efficient and very professional, and the experience was good. They fixed a plumbing problem in the kitchen. My building here has a contract with them for maintenance throughout the building, and I was told by the office that they were good. I would recommend them; in fact, I did today. I would say that they're an A.
