John Nugent & Sons seemed to know what they were doing. They fixed a problem we had been having off and on for a few years, but they haven't really come up with a solution. It turns out we have really high water pressure into our house, but we were having issues with pipes rattling. Then we also had been having issues with getting lots of leaks. It turns out the water pressure to our house was double what it was supposed to be. My father-in-law recommended them. I would give them an A.
They had knowledge of a situation I had with a tankless hot water heater. I didn't know a lot about it, and I came to discover that a lot of people didn't service it. They were one of the few companies that serviced it and had somebody on staff who actually knew what they were talking about, so that was a big plus. It didn't take them long at all to do the job. He came here, gave me the estimate, and came back and got the job done within a couple of hours. I originally found them in the Best Pick Reports booklet. They get an A+.
They did a hot water heater replacement. I've been using them for years, and I always know what I'm going to get in terms of quality work. The company was recommended to me by my mother. They're A+.
John Nugent & Sons replaced my water heater for me. They were professional and prompt. So far, I haven't had any issues. I may have to call them back to have them take a look at something, but other than that, it was a pretty straightforward installation. Last time, I had them check my bathtub faucet. I chose them because I'd had them come before.
They were timely, and they did a good job. I think we've used them a few times—I know they came out to take a look at clogged drains and things like that. They're an A-grade company.
John Nugent & Sons was really fast—I remember that. We had a toilet that was leaking. The valve had kind of broken, and it was leaking on the floor. When we were trying to call somebody to come right away, they were the only company that could come out right then. Some people said six hours, and we were saying, 'But, we have a problem now.' It was really nice. They were clean, quick, and nice. I'd rate them as an A.
They had professional services, and the guy had good customer service. He did plumbing for the bathroom. It was just a clogged toilet. There was some leakage, too, so he looked into that. I'd give them an A.
We had a great experience. They were very professional, and they came when they said they were going to come. It was a complicated problem that they had to fix, and they did it really well. It was a clogged drain in a bathroom. Somebody had put paper towels down the toilet, and it backed up. It clogged the main line, and they managed to fix the whole thing. I've used them in my home many times as well. They do my home maintenance. They do a great, nice job. They get an A grade from me.
They responded when we needed them, and they did what they were supposed to do. They came out for either the plumbing issue that we had or the hot water heater issue, and I was happy with both. I'd probably give John Nugent & Sons an A rating.
We've had them out here several times, and they always do good work. Most recently, they had to relocate a pipe. We have a contract with them for HVAC, too—they maintain the units. I first heard about them because my neighbor uses them. I'd rate the company as an A.
