Universal Home Experts was fine.
I had some plumbing work done by Universal Home Experts. My dishwasher was installed by a different company, and when the installers left, they had crimped a hot water pipe so that the hot water had no pressure. The guy from Universal was able to come in and do exactly what I needed him to do, which was fix it. The company does a lot of work for my wife's business too. I'd give them an A+.
They were quick and friendly. They did a hot water heater installation for me. I chose them over a different company because my mom referred them to me. I'd say they're an A.
It was a good experience. Everything was OK. I would give them an A.
It was a good experience. Universal Home Experts did my water heater. I liked the way they came, did the work, and called me up. I didn't have any bad experiences, so everything was good. I would give them an A. It was good and not bad at all.
It was professional and on time. The technicians seemed very well trained. They replaced and installed a new water heater. I've been using them for some time on other jobs. They're an A.
They did some plumbing work for me and stuff. They did a real good job, and I was real pleased with their work and their services. They were pretty detailed in their services. They came in and knew exactly what needed to get done, and they took care of it. I'd give them an A.
They told me what they were going to do, and they stuck to their word and did it. The water wouldn't come out of the faucet in my bathtub, so they fixed that. I'd rate them an A.
Universal Home Experts installed a new disposal in my kitchen. It was very good—no problems and no complaints. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished it quickly. I chose them over a different company because they were available to do it within a day or two. They deserve an A.
I had a positive experience.
