They were very knowledgeable in wanting to make sure that I fully understand what they were doing. I'd give them an A overall.
They did plumbing work. I'd give them an A and their quality of work was great.
They were honest and prompt and professional. They came and checked the plumbing. I'd give them an A rating.
They were professional, came on time, gave an estimate, and they did the job. They were able to always do the job with the amount that they estimated. There was one problem with some installation that didn't go well, so they came back for free and fixed it. We had several things done. One was a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, it was leaking. It wasn't stopping the water from filling. Another thing was the laundry—the drain was backing up. I'd give the overall experience an A.
They did a good job. I was happy with the service and they're polite. They replaced the water heater. I'd give them an A. I was happy with what they did.
Everything's fine. They did a good job.
It was a fine experience.
Universal Home Experts was fine.
I had some plumbing work done by Universal Home Experts. My dishwasher was installed by a different company, and when the installers left, they had crimped a hot water pipe so that the hot water had no pressure. The guy from Universal was able to come in and do exactly what I needed him to do, which was fix it. The company does a lot of work for my wife's business too. I'd give them an A+.
They were quick and friendly. They did a hot water heater installation for me. I chose them over a different company because my mom referred them to me. I'd say they're an A.
